no heater i was freezing! they charge me $200 deposit and i didn’t get it back is a total scam dont go there

J’avais utiliser le filtre pour “animaux accepter” et puis j’ai trouver Hôtel Chrome. J’avais booker pour 8 jrs et voilà a ma surprise que je vois qu’ils l’ont charger un $200 pour le dépôt et sans mon consentement (fraude) ils m’ont chargé un autre $400 de plus. Lorsque que je suis descendu pour demander des explication du pourquoi $600 ils m’ont dit c’est à cause que vais un chien (petit) et que j’avais omni de la déclarer …Ok j’ai dit bien pourquoi $600 ils ont rembourser le $200 mais le $400 on va le gardé pour les frais du chien. J’ai dit ok combien? J’avais rester à lHotel Zéro avant juste à l’autre coins de rue (St-Laurent) ils m’avait juste chargé $25 pour la durée. Alors j’ai demandé sont combien vos frais! Il me dit $35 par jrs plus taxes ($42) Par jours ou juste une fois “Non $42 par jours l” J’ai dit bein voyons donc sa ma coûter $62 par jours pour la chambre et je suis seule et vous voulez $42 de plus pour un chien …VOYONS! j’ai demandé de parler à la gérante ils m’ont informer que c’était Edwich ! Alors je suis descendu le lendemain matin pour voir si on pouvait arriver à une entente mais pas $320 de plus sur mon $550 sa ferais $870 tl. Bien j’ai rencontrer Edwich et j’ai fait part de la situation. Elle m’a dit à cause de mon chien elle devait remboursé une cliente qui a pris 3 jrs pcq elle était pas capable de se coucher à cause que mon chien jappait trop. Si vous avez un chien aller pas la aller à L’hôtel Zéro bcp mieux! Plus jamais je vais aller la

Great staff, excellent room service and good location.

Room was great but very hot.

Perfect spot, great for budget travel when you want to have a clean and safe room with close proximity to Old Montreal for really low cost. You definitely get more value out of the room than the deal you’re paying for. Even though some things are dated and there were renovations on during our stay, we had the perfect birthday getaway with privacy, comfort and a spectacular view of city hall. Will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Very decent hotel not the best in quality, but good place to spend the night when visiting. Straight shot to the airport and Center Bell.

The room was clean. good value for the price 3 blocks from ChinaTown

We booked a room mentioning it had a sofa bed, which was great because we had a third person with us. But it wasn't what we expected. While two people got the bed, the third person had to make a bed using the sofa and an arm chair. It was not a pull out sofa bed. Some clarity would've been nice.

Clean room and spacious

I always stay here whenever I come to Montreal. The staff members are nice. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Good location, our rooom was out of date which wasnt horrible but not like the pictures when booking. Restaurant was closed due to renovations. We faced a side steeet which had construction so was kinda loud in the morning. But overall staff was friendly.

They only clean the room every 3 days there was no microwave in the room and no choice for tv. Room was cheap I guess you get what you pay for

Room was nice except there was a strange leak outside the bathroom near the foot of the bed. Ended up with a 3 ft by 1 foot sticky puddle of water there. I forgot to mention this when checking out.
