Parfait tout était ok pour 12 jours

I checked in, washroom sink was clogged, toilet didn't flush, tv was unplugged. Bed mattresses caved in like 5 inches. Not impressed. To their credit, they did fix the washroom issues the next day.

立地は最高です。観光地や地下鉄の駅、盛り場や中華街にも近く、何より空港バスの停留所がすぐ前にあるのは素晴らしいです 設備は全体的に少し古くて、またレストランが改装休業中だったのは残念でした。 3人で宿泊するためにエキストラベッドをお願いしていましたが、部屋の構造と広さの関係上、無理でした。ですが、スタッフはフレンドリーで、快適な滞在をすることができました。ありがとうございます

It's good for the budget.

Clean and affordable. Large rooms and comfy beds. No frills

Accueil froid, aucune commodité dans la chambre ( cafetière etc) seulement 1 débarbouillette pour 2 occupants. Bien situé et propre dans l'ensemble.

The location is decent, but the surrounding area, especially east of St. Laurent, felt rougher than expected, with a lot of visibly unwell people and open drug use nearby. What really affected our stay was the amount of construction around the hotel. If we had known about it in advance, we likely would have booked elsewhere. The hotel restaurant was closed, the room felt dated with old carpeting, and the beds were quite small. The parking situation was by far the worst part. We paid for parking, only to find there were no spaces suitable for our car’s size. We spent about 90 minutes trying to sort it out and eventually had to move construction materials from an awkward spot just to squeeze the car in. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

到着後すぐに確認したところ、ランプが一つ点かない状態だった。また、シャワーのお湯が出ない状態だった。フロントに伝えたところ、翌日にならないと対応できないと言われた。交渉を続けて最終的に部屋を変えてもらったが疲れた。なお、施設は古く雰囲気は良くない。かろうじてベッドは清潔感があったが、バスタブはお湯をためる気にはならないレベル。学生の節約旅行にはよいかもしれないが家族連れにはおススメはしない。

Clean room, staff friendly

The room is clean and well prepared. The hallway have terrible smell on the 6th floor. The staff at the counter asking for a credit card even if the person who booked the reservation dont have a credit card. 400$ cash deposit upon check in. The hotel not ideal for Family specially if you have young kids.. the basement parking smells terrible No elevator from the parking going to reception so it will be hard for disabled person or old people.

There was nothing about the pictures on line that resembled the room. Pros: helpful night staff, excellent location, good hot water, inexpensive price. Cons: not very clean room, poorly maintained public spaces, bed sheets on sideways (so mattress cover was exposed on top and bottom), noisy room (barking dog one night, fighting neighbours another).

Said rooms are not available for early check in, however said if we pay 40 CAD, we could check in, (Not a huge deal, but I felt the need to include it). We had to pay to keep luggage, while other places keep it for free. No microwave, not cups, no kettle, no tea nor coffee. Amenities wise, very poor. The floors were sticky and the bathroom got humid very fast and felt icky. However, location was good, near old Montréal and right next to Chinatown!
