It's good that they provide a shuttle for us as we land to tagbilaran bohol airport. But the room they provided us has is a little bit unsatisfying. The door has a little gap from door jamb which people might see us even the door is closed. They don't even provided for us a pair of slippers. And as of 5am, we ask for breakfast, the frontdesk replied that ordering breakfast is open. As we order upon, the frontdesk replied rapidly that they cannot received any order due to many orders has reserved earlier.
How come a little hotel cannot accommodate their guests’ order??? Another thing, we decided to extend our stay for another day from that hotel thru phone, the frontdesk replied that we only need to add a 1,000php. So as we go to frontdesk to pay the said amount, we’re surprised that get higher than the first said! Please train well your staffs, so they can render better service, and organized. Always wear a smile, especially in the morning time.
