On Sunday 1st of September we had dinner at the restaurant at Tubtim. I wanted it to be special as it was my partner’s birthday. At the time, we were the only customers in the restaurant. We both ordered fried fish. It took more than 1 hour to come out from the kitchen. Many excuses were given but no apology. The gentleman at the front desk on Monday 2nd was rude and offered no apology. I also ordered a special pancake desert with candles. It was served with tomatoes, cucumber and carrot. It was inedible. General poor service but comfortable accommodation.

Clean hotel, delicious food, comfortable accommodation, except the fire is not strong.

Has a strong dog smell. There are quite a few dog stools near the room. I want to be more natural than before. The food service staff are more interested in foreigners than local people. Should be treated equally.
