The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well looked after. The property is a short walk to town (10 mins), and the cable cars for the Secada (20 min) and Alpin de suis (10 mins).

Nice and friendly staff. Quiet and great location accessible to local transportation. There didn't seem to be any air conditioning, so could be quite hot in sum

The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano.

The location is very close to the Ortisei main town and is walkable. The neighborhood is very quiet and on a meadow overlooking the other Chalets on the Alpine meadows. The staff is also very warm and welcoming.

The hotel was very walkable to the city center only a 20 minute walk. Overall quiet and good overall breakfast option.

Room was boiling, no A/C, had to sleep with window open, which was impossible as it’s sooo noisy- the hotel is located right on the main road.

Nice hotel with a bus stop out front, shuttle some days, and a pool/sauna/hammam. Although we enjoyed the hotel, it's important to note it's a bit outside the city so requires a 15-20min walk in or scheduling with the bus outside, otherwise, great for apre-ski and the night sky.

Horrible management. Disgusting property. Would never stay here. Left upon arrival.

Basic hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was average. No AC. But we didn't find any hotels with AC....

Single bed was comfortable but not great, felt like it had a slope on it and sheets did not feel so smooth

The hotel was very nice and clean with fantastic staff. Beautiful grounds. September visit in off season. Very good breakfast included. This area seemed to be a lower priority among vacationers to the high alpine valley but I don’t know why. Great public transport with bus stop right there. It is A little away from “main” Ortesie (I’e can’t walk easily to town stuff) But for me the quiet was great. I’d go back. It’s a great value if you have a car or are willing to take an extra leg of public transport.

Courteous and friendly staff- very accommodating. Had to change my stay by one night due to booking error on my part. Hotel owner waived change fees. Pleasant views of surrounding countryside. Breakfast was very good. Also not far from the Dolomites.

The proprietor, Eugene is a delightful fellow. We were there in the off-season, and Claudio, the Romanian all-around helper, was also a wonderful guy. Not as spiffy looking as other hotels in the area or elsewhere in the Dolomites, but very gemutlich. Reasonably convenient to some amazing scenery. Plan on eating meals other than breakfast elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable. The hosts were welcoming, we came in late at night and they waited for us. Breakfast was perfect. Very clean and roomy accommodation and the bathroom was exceptionally large as well.

Prisen for hotellet stemmer overhovedet ikke overens med kvalitet. Der kom næsten ikke vand ud af bruseren, værelset lugtede ligesom hvis der havde været røget derinde. Der var ikke en elkedel (prisen for en kop dårlig te var alt for høj) og ingen køleskab på værelset. Vi fik dog lov at få opbevaret vores ting i køkkenet. Alt i alt var dette et af de dårligste hoteller vi har boet på.

Só o café da manhã que deixava a desejar, achamos que tinhas poucas opções e as frutas/sucos eram artificiais. De resto, todos uns queridos e a acomodação era ótima.
