Hotel was immaculate and staff were great and food also..but noisy boiler or heating pipe above kept us awake all night

Staff were great. Facilities and location spot on.

Checking in took time , but worst of all was the shower head was full of limescale and not working well. Not good when you found this out in the morning . Room look tired and a general upgrade is required for a Hotel that brands itself as Luxury

All good apart from the rooms are getting a little tired the shower head needed descaling it’s was wetting the bathroom floor

We had an excellent stay at the Lensbury. Our room had excellent views, was clean and well prepared.

Receptionist was so nice and helped a lot.

Great room size and decor. One small point on amenities, it would be good to have things like hairbrushes/combs/toothbrushes for sale at reception for those last minute forgotten items. Breakfast was ok- pretty much the same offering at a Premier Inn hot breakfast. thought paying £12.50 for a child was a bit much for essentially a bowl of porridge and a juice. Aside from that very impressed with the facilities available. It was really nice to see the olympic stars who have trained at the facilities at the hotel. Thankyou.

The room was very cold. Heating should have been set to on. Draughty windows. Pooling of water in shower, slow drainage.

Breakfast was a great selection

Staff were great Hotel is very run down in all areas and the bar sofa had no foam in the cushions it was like sitting on a plank of wood and too many kids sat in the bar area separately on their phones Bedrooms run down and the toilet blocked and backed up In a nice setting though
