Fab staff , very buzzy lively hotel

This resort is absolutely amazing. It was so luxurious and they have something for everyone. The beverages, food, entertainment and activities were all fantastic. The food and drinks are very expensive, but everything was absolutely delicious, so one could justify the cost. I would definitely recommend this so a couples vacation or a family vacation.

Such a great place! Beautiful, and the folks were nice, especially Miguel at the front desk. Some of the dealers at the casino tables could use a little southern hospitality. I would highly recommend the stay, but bring your $$$$!

un accomodating. too expensive. the sls pool is ruined. staff wouldn't let me move the umbrella. I told them I don't care what they say i'm not gonna get skin cancer. I will never step foot in there again.

Everything was nice however very unaccommadating in regards to a late check-out especially since it was my birthday weekend.

Everything about the SLS Baha Mar is lovely. From the immaculate room to the relaxing pools, helpful staff and delicious food, our family enjoyed every part of our vacation.

The staff was not accommodating at all. The rooms are tiny.

Prices were way to high $21 for a beach drink

Great room and staff

Nice stay. The fight to get lounge chairs gets old. Always people who put towels on multiple chairs early in the morning and don’t show up all day.

Friendly staff, great room!

SLS is great. Hotel is clean and service is great. The only issue I’d say is that rooms are super small. A 2 queen bed ocean view room for 2 adults had zero space in the bathroom for any toiletries. Felt very cramped. I also paid for an ocean view room but I only got a “partial” view with half a balcony. I didn’t know there were options to select a “full ocean view”! Also, so many kids and infants! There were barely any adults!

Clean room (excellent) and nice staff. We were happy with all of that. I will note that we seemed to be under the impression that it was more of a adult place, however it was full of a lot of young children. Not that there is anything wrong with having children there but i think we misunderstood the description. ...there were a LOT of kids at SLS Baha.
