Really bad experience with this brand, their customer service is horrendous. Firstly they dont reply on their chat and when finally connected their staff feel they are doing a favour on you. I paid for a early check in, and it was rejected because the incompetent staff couldn’t connect with the cleaning team to see if the room is ready, and hence we had to wait in the cold since they want let you in. The lift doesn’t work, which they should compensate or let people know, the bathroom is in a filthy state, they charge a hefty cleaning fee but still expect you to clean and dump the garbage. There is no luggage space, so if you decide to leave your bags, you have to pay to a near by locker, and it’s right its a pure fraud apartment who are there to steal peoples money, will take the deposit immediately too but wont be returned upon check out but only after a week if you are lucky. AVOID IT AT ALL COST.

Apartment was nice and clean. But I was made to jump through hoops before I could gain access to the room. I filled all the details before hand but they still refused to let me in. They apparently rang me and ehn I tried to ring back. The line was not responsive a I got to the property and they made me wait for close to an hour outside while asking me weird questions like “how many bags are you carrrying?” Or “how many people are staying with you?”(a question I had answered at least THREE times prior) I protested this constant question and their response was “I can ask as many times as I want” - very rude. Did I mention I was on the phone to them and the line would cut and they wouldn’t ring me back? I would have to ring them back myself. Probably the weirdest thing I got asked to do was to stand beside a black car so that a security guard would come locate me which was a lie as no guard came. They just wanted to have a look at me in their CCTV. The room is nice but not sure it’s worth the hassle.

The check-in process was effortless and communication was timely. These were two areas that previous guests seemingly rated this location poorly on. The Guest Portal communicated everything quite clearly and messages were responded to quickly. There was a slight problem that the Guest Portal kept asking about a third guest when I had only registered for two. I kept deleting it, but then would get an email requesting information about a third guest. An agent reached out to me via phone to ask about it and it was easily cleared up. The entry way was very welcoming. Keys were easily accessed to gain entry to our unit. I would have given this location an excellent, but there could be a few things improved. Heating the unit was a slight problem but not so insurmountable that we were uncomfortable. There were a couple of loose floorboards that should be replaced immediately in the hall and bedroom. Lastly, my mate and I received bug bites and identified that there must have been fleas or some other type of pest on the small sofa in the living room. He fell asleep there and woke up with multiple raised bumps all over his body. I only suffered a couple of bites on my hand. Most importantly my deposit, in full, was returned to me in a timely manner. All-in-all this is a location I could possible stay at again. I would love to have been on a higher floor.

Issues with heating sometimes worked. Saw no staff for the 2 weeks, nor had sheet change at all. Washing machine was always on error.No instructions for use of amenities. Very noisy from street. Not value for the price per night.

The apartment was in good condition. However, TV viewing was disrupted, the remote control battery was not working, and the sofa was too small, uncomfortable, and too low. There is no TV in the bedroom, curtains are needed for privacy in the living room, and milk or basic food is unavailable for guests arriving late. Large deposit requirements are not made obvious until you've paid, and there is a complex process where all guest details and proofs have to be sent. This is feasible if it’s a holiday stay, but it is not convenient for others. WiFi access was not easy to spot. It is not clear when I will get the deposit back, either.

Our stay at this property was ok we stayed for a friends birthday weekend. Facilities were standard tv only had freebies channels not smart like explained in the description and WiFi was not working for the duration of the stay but other than that it was fine.

Our stay was lovely apart from the bed was too soft so it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on with my arthritis. Also the fire alarm waking us up very early (just before 8am) and was in the street cold for nearly an hour as the fire brigade could not stop it as no instructions were in the building for zones and they were failing to reach buildings manager. That was not a nice experience to the end of our stay especially as we have had to rush to catch our train home.

Please avoid this accommodation at all costs. No check in details were sent prior to arrival, I had to call stood on the side of the road for them to email me the details. I was checked in to an apartment with a broken boiler. They were aware of this prior to my arrival however still allowed me to check in. An hour after I had checked in, a random man entered my apartment without warning. I found out he was from maintenance however 1. He has no ID 2. this should have been sorted or at least checked prior to my arrival 2. You should not enter someone’s accommodation after they have checked in without warning, which leads me to point 3. Especially a young woman staying on her own (which they knew about as you have to send a copy of your ID prior to check in). This left me feeling uncomfortable and on edge that anyone could let themselves into the apartment at any time without my knowledge. I did not complete my stay, and instead found alternative accommodation. I raised this with the company who run this accommodation. They did not care. Would not refund me for this, nor the boiler issue. The company is claiming they offered an upgrade. They did not, I have evidence to prove. They will not even cooperate with hotels.com, ignoring emails and phone calls. It is also not in Aldgate. The surrounding area is not very safe. No city views as advertised. Be careful. Simply, do not book.

10/16-10/20/2024 Stay: First, check-in instructions were not emailed to us ahead of the stay - we had to reach out when we got to the property and went through a long process to get checked in. When entering the building, it had an odd musty smell. Then, when we finally got into the apartment, there was a water issue in the guest bedroom and adjoining bathroom. When you stepped on the tile and flooring, water would bubble up from underneath it. There was also mold/mildew on the floorboards and doorframes, so this clearly wasn’t a new or one time issue. I immediately reported to the hotel with photos/videos and they said maintenance would come. They never did. We couldn’t use half of our rental due to the mold because I have a mold allergy and it was BAD. Maintenance never came. The hotel refused to refund any money, move us, or send maintenance. This is a true health hazard and they shouldn’t be allowed to rent out these units. Don’t stay here! I wish I could post the videos of the water, because the pictures don’t do a good job of showing all the water under the tiles.

Accommodation was excellent value for money. A lot of traffic noise and only 1 pillow each on our bed. However the whole process was great, well communicated with and easy collection of keys and access to building.
