The location is very strategic and in front of Kuromon Market. Near the station and Dotonbori, around 10 minutes by walk. Very recommended for solo traveling.

Great location. New hotel. Spacious rooms. Complimentary items are available for self-service. There is Thai-speaking staff. Lockers are available for luggage storage. No housekeeping service; housekeepers only change towels and empty the trash.

The room was very nice and clean. There were lockers for guests waiting to check in or who had already checked out. Nice!

The pillows were uncomfortable, the room wasn't cleaned even though the eco system should have been cleaned on the third night.

The room for 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) in the picture, there are 3 beds, but in reality there are only 2 beds. Sleeping is uncomfortable, body aches. The room is not cleaned every day. Paid for breakfast for 2 adults and 3 children, but when they arrived at the hotel, they were asked to pay for the children's breakfast again.

The location is not far from the train station, close if you want to look for food, there is also a supermarket downstairs, cleanliness is quite good, only the rooms are not cleaned every day, only the trash and towels are changed.

Hotel in the center of Osaka city which is very easy to get everywhere, close to the station and the city center of Dotonbori and also the shopping street

It's great, close to Dotonbori, if you're Indonesian, there are lots of Indonesian staff.

Breakfast choices are limited, ordered breakfast for 4 people but only received 3, but the location is very strategic and many Indonesians work at this hotel so it's easy to ask for this and that.

The cleanliness of the room is very lacking, the sheets are okay, they are not changed at least they are vacuumed... the location is very good, it is close to everywhere, especially Kuromon market

Room is quite spacious for Japan hotel, considering we are travelling with family of 2 adults & 2 kids. It is perfectly located just in front of kuromon market and walking distance to dotonbori. So close to Namba station too. It was perfect decision to take taxi from hotel to Namba station with luggages & 2 kids, and only cost us ¥ 500. Room is so clean & smells nicely. Breakfast is perfect. Even though it has limited selection but the wuality of breakfast is 5 stars. Definetely will come back and considering to stay at other The B hotel bext time we go to Japan again.
