Excellent location within walking distance of famous attractions, lots of dining and shopping options. Spacious room with nice beds, clean bathroom. Delicious breakfast with lots of options and great panoramic views of the city. Check-out is at 11:00, which is great that you have the option of sleeping in later and having a later breakfast on a day off.

However, i dont like the ice water area as i saw some people put their plastic bottle to fill it up so their salvour will be in touch of the drinkijg machine which i personally find a bit lacknof hygiene.

The stay was okay, we were placed in a room at the very end of the hall and were without internet service for two days before they were able to figure it out. That was an inconvenience but the worst part about the stay had to be the locked thermostats, in the middle of summer the temperature was well above 90 degrees, for the majority of our stay the ac was locked preventing it from going below 75 degrees. It made being in the room uncomfortable and sleeping only possible without the use of the bedding.

The room is small and I can barely fit 2 large and 2 small luggage. I suggest renovating the room and make use of smart furnitures i.e. floating shelves/tables and double deck bunk beds.

The hotel did not provide a bottle and a room telephone which was really inconvenient, if I wanted to ask anything I need go to the elevator to use the public phone or go to the receptionist to request. Breakfast buffet is not variety, few items. I had to take my family to Kuromon market for breakfast.
There are only 2 machines in the laundry room, they’re always busy.
The hotel is located in good locations, take 10mins to Dontobori, 2 mins to Kuromon market.

Nice place to stay in Namba area of Osaka. Namba Station in 10 min walk, lots of bars restaurants and shops in the area Kumoron Market is across the street. The room est comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent but not a large selection. The hotel offers free coffee and snacks in the lobby but the run out fast.

Great location next to Kuromon market and easy walking distance to Namba & Shinsaibashi. Fast internet and great breakfast at reasonable price 1100 children 1650 adults with great selection. Room was small but clean, nice bathroom and shower

The room was very nice and clean. We were told we could not use air conditioning so it was uncomfortable. The rooftop lounge was nice but you aren’t allowed to take drinks up there so that was disappointing. Location was good

Great hotel, enough for what we needed during our stay. Only downside is the hotel is quite a bit of a walk from the main subway station, and the hotel seemed full of group tourists so the lobby would be extremely packed every morning and elevators were a pain to wait for. Otherwise great area, tons of shopping, restaurants, and bars along the strip. Beside it is a 24/7 Lawson which is a huge plus as well. Staff can be a bit nicer but hey, didn’t bother us too much.
