Very convenient location, walking distance from Dotonburi and subway stations. Nice amenities including a rooftop. A bit busy in the lobby and outside as it seemed like large groups were in and out and there was a bus zone but overall was nice.

Good location, price is very reasonable. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but not as clean as other hotels in Japan. Washroom has lower ceiling so hard to move around. Luggage storage is available at no cost which is great. You only get one key card per room, for us it was ok. Overall good value for money.

The bed sheets had blood stains on them like dried up blood that didn’t come out, the room was extremely small & I stayed at a different location the same company it was not like that. Don’t even get me started on the staff and how terrible dealing with them was. You have zero control over the AC unit completely so if they have the entire building hot so will you’re room same thing with cold. The towels were tiny and they aren’t helpful when asking for more. The entire experience from top to bottom terrible.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay with kids! The location was super convenient—just a short walk to the train station, which made getting around so easy. The area felt safe and family-friendly, and everything we needed was close by. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for our family. Great location next to the market and if your children are into Godzilla, fantastic store next door! We did not take the breakfast option, but possibility to go to the roof top after breakfast service to see the view. Very good location close to all the shopping and food experience in Osaka.

I thought this hotel had decent reviews. The front desk staff is not helpful at all! I purchased breakfast for our stay when I booked the hotel (me and my 2 children) when I arrived they said I only get breakfast for 1 person and I had to purchase 2 more breakfasts for my children. My reservation on Expedia stated breakfast included! I did register 3 people when I booked the room. I don’t recommend this hotel or booking through Expedia. I’m not sure whose error this was Expedia or the hotel but I was not happy when I checked in.
