It was a pleasure to stay here. It's close to the center of the city, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are very helpful. Thank you so much to all the staff there.

I've stayed here twice... The hotel is very strategic.

Comfortable, nice and clean hotel

The hotel room is just nice. The location is very good, near the mall, 7-Eleven, and pharmacy. The staff is also very helpful and polite.

the staff are very nice.. the meals from the dining centre are very very delicious

The only criticism is their breakfast. The variety isnt much.

Awesome hotel in Bukit Bintang

Actually jw marriott never disappoints me, but I think for the worth of money, jw marriott must come with a new service or facility, maybe a kids club or playground, because the other hotel that worth 1/3 price around Bukit Bintang such as Sleeping Lion Hotel have almost the same facilities with jw marriott with such cheap rates. And also I want to complain about the smoking zone right beside the hotel lobby door, because there are also stroller/wheelchair access near that smoking zone, so every time I push my baby through the door, my baby must go through so much smoke from their smoking activity there, how is that possible to have a smoking area in front of wheelchair/stroller access?

Very special hotel. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, very close to the pavilion mall, the staff is friendly. I will stay again in this hotel for my next visit to kuala lumpur

It’s always great stay in this hotel

it's nice here and comfortable......no matter how small it is, if you ask for help, they will definitely serve you.....for example, if a child's toy is stuck on the ceiling lamp, we ask for help to get it for them, Lo...great.....cool ....Oh yeah, considering that it often rains in Malay and in the room, Lo provides an umbrella....

It would be better if the rooms were provided with plastic drinking bottles instead of glass.

Very good location, spacious and design of the room, and the service of the staff is very helpful. Love staying at the hotel.

The hotel room is very comfortable, all hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help. Each floor of the hotel must tap a card to enter the room area, the safety of the occupants is guaranteed. I happened to get a room close to the corridor and door from the elevator area to the room area. There was a moment when it was very noisy at midnight (assuming the wedding guests who had just finished the after-party said goodbye before returning to their respective rooms). The room is also unfortunately not soundproof. Near midnight, there was a minor in the neighboring room who was still very excited, his enthusiasm was very clearly heard for several minutes. It happened that at both of the moments above, I had not fallen asleep because I was doing work. Overall, a very good stay. Thank you.
