Booked for dad & his friends. They are able to check-in with ease. He's ok with the hotel breakfast. Location is good. Able to find food nearby, even at night.

All staff are very friendly. The hotel location is near the market and some famous kedai like Penang Road Laksa, Cheng Woh Medical Hall, and Kimberly Street. Across the hotel is Lao Liu suan cai yu restaurant. Nice hotel to stay.

Great, strategic location and clean rooms

Nice hotel, comfort and spacious room, stunning view. Thanks to the front desk staff that we got a sea view room. All the staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. Keep up the good work, guys. The hotel is just a short distance to Penang culinary, tourist attractions, etc. Love it.
