Very good, comfortable, friendly service.

The lobby atmosphere was nice, although a bit small, possibly due to ongoing renovations. The reception staff were polite and cheerful.

Close to MRT & bus stop.. walk to Bugis Junction is also about 10 minutes.. no bottled mineral water provided but there is a dispenser on the room floor.. old hotel but clean..

I’ve stayed here a few times now, and it never disappoints. The location is spot on, the amenities are solid, and it’s great value for money. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the country.

Nice place, nice staff, and near from everywhere

Clean and comfortable rooms, close to MRT and bus stations. Close to Bugis Junction, Chijmes, Albert Sentral, and Bugis Junction.

Close to chimes, bugis junction, bras basah and bugis mrt, the hotel provides iron, hairdryer, there is a bathtub, the kids are happy, you can fill up with free water so it's more economical to drink. There is also a small swimming pool, the room is cleaned every day

It close to train station, so it is easy to go everywhere. All the staff so friendly and helpful, and we can refill water from dispenser

Sudah sering menginap di hotel ini. Free water refill dari dispenser yang disediakan di setiap lantainya. Ranjang yang sangat luas. Lokasi berada sangat dekat dengan stasiun MRT Bras Basah. Ada pilihan bathtub juga untuk kamar-nya. Diperbolehkan untuk early check-in tergantung dari ketersediaan kamar.

It's a good, spacious bedroom hotel which is bigger in size compared to other hotels. Near MRT station too. Many foods surrounding area.

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed at SG. Room is clean, spacious, good facilities and everything is working fine. The staffs are extremely helpful and nice. I booked this accommodation at such a bargain price and so worth it.

Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan area Bugis dan Raffles, kalau mau capek sedikit jalan kaki bisa tembus Orchard Road, area city hall, keluar dari hotel langsung belok kiri udah Stasiun MRT Bras Basah, seberang hotel ada museum, di seberang Stasiun MRT ada CHIJMES dan keluar dari hotel langsung belok kanan jalan lurus aja tembus area belakang Bugis street dan ada pasar banyak makanan. Hotel bersih tapi tiap hari tidak di kasih air mineral botol, hanya hari pertama saja, selanjutnya di sediakan air mineral galon jadi ambil sendiri di lantai 11, harga hotel permalam termasuk mahal dan tidak dapat sarapan pagi, seharusnya dapat dengan harga itu. Secara umum hotel bersih dan pelayanan ramah semua terutama staff yang bernama Jaya (orang India) sangat membantu dan ramah, perlu di pertahankan service nya ya. Terima kasih.

This is the first time staying at this hotel, satisfied with the spacious room and the bathroom as if it had just been renovated because it was still very clean, it looks like the tiles have just been replaced, the breakfast menu is ok, there are lots of menus, the staff is also friendly and the service is fast 👍.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. The hotel 's location is also strategic. The hotel neigbourhood is nice. Recommended.

2nd time stay here, this time was given a Queen and single bed, big room. Like the room space big especially toilet have bath tub. Thank you.
