Defective aircon in cottage view room. One of our rooms was upgraded to superior cottage due to non availability but upon check in, defective bulb in the bathroom. Did they not check it ahead? Old facilities. No bidet. Salty water in the bathroom. Poor room service maybe because they're understaffed.

Pool amenities waterfalls are not functioning. Room shower is not satisfactory.

Very nice place and they've got the best people! 😍 Wanna go back.

Booking this place was the best decision we made this holiday season. The room was cozy, the place has that laid back but classy feels, the service was impeccable and one of the best we've received and most of all, the food was the best that we have ever tasted!
