Good, I've stayed here 3 times, I recommend it.

The room is comfortable, clean and quiet.

It's very pleasant, the place is clean, the food is delicious, the location is affordable because it is in the city center and it has a nice, clean and big swimming pool.

We arrived at almost 4:30, when we checked in we were still told to wait another half hour for the room to be cleaned. Well, even though the wait wasn't even half an hour, why didn't they clean it earlier? Why wait for us to arrive before cleaning it, we already paid. If we arrive or not, we have to clean it right away, they said check-in is at 2. The room overall looked clean but when I touched the water heater there was dust, under the mattress and table there was also dust. Is this Panorama Suite type room rarely occupied? For those with sore feet, don't take this Panorama Suite room, climb 2 floors of stairs, tsk tsk. But the room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious, there is a balcony, you can directly see the swimming pool and sea view although the haze is annoying. Breakfast is so-so. For that price, it's quite cheap for a spacious and fully equipped room. Thank you.

Check-in took a long time, even though the receptionist was quiet.

Everyone was friendly, including the security guard. It was great.

The pool couldn't be used because it had just been medicated, even though it was Saturday night. Why couldn't the medication be administered on a weekday? The hair dryer wouldn't work; it would just die if you pressed the button. You had to wait another minute before it could be turned back on, even though it wasn't even hot at all.

I love staying here, even though the chicken porridge was salty this morning hehehe

I've stayed at HW Hotel in May 2026. It was a better, modern room on the opposite side. Now, in room 204, the room seems smaller and the bathroom looks dilapidated. The towel is not white. Breakfast is very good. Staff are friendly.

It's really okay, the place is clean.

I booked a panoramic suite room, which is non-smoking. The room was large and spacious. It was quite clean, but the bathroom was very small (only about 1 x 0.5 m). The toilet bidet leaked, making the toilet area constantly wet. Oh yes, there are only two rooms of this type: one smoking room with a bathtub, and the non-smoking room without a bathtub. The non-smoking room is on the 7th floor, and the elevator only goes to 6, so you have to climb one more flight of stairs. The breakfast was mediocre and lacked any interesting variety. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Always the kids' favorite hotel. They don't want to go to any other hotel, it's the most HW-HW.
