The rooftop view can see the mountains, the sea and the city of Padang with a 180 view. Staying here was very pleasant, the reception staff who were on duty at night on the date of my stay on 10-02-2026 were very patient and smiling, very excellent. Thank you🙏 For the staff on the morning of 11-02-26 who looked like Rizky Ridho, the soccer player on the Le Minerale sticker, thank you for helping with photos to make our family vacation moments fun and well documented🙏

Breakfast is not good. Last year I stayed here, the breakfast was a traditional Minang menu and was delicious. This is actually the hallmark of HW Hotel compared to other hotels, even 4-star ones. Now why is the breakfast not good, there are few traditional menus, even the fried noodles are sweet. The fried rice is dry, not tasty at all. Why is the vegetable lontong using chayote like the menu in Jakarta. Then there is ketoprak. It's just strange. The point is I stayed 3 nights, all the menus were disappointing. Not good. The menu and taste are not good.

Business trip. Standard king room. Room size is adequate, bed is a bit tight against TV. Bathroom is quite spacious, hot water works. I moved from room 208, but the AC remote was broken, and the TV remote wouldn't connect. Breakfast is on the 5th floor, with a fairly varied selection for a room under 500,000 Rupiah, and it was delicious. Service 4/5. Lobby security guard wasn't very friendly when welcoming guests, not opening car doors or greeting them. Parking is quite spacious inside.
