The elevator doesn't work, the hot water doesn't work, the AC isn't cold enough.

The elevator was broken, and I was given the 4th floor without any assistance.

My experience here was extremely unpleasant, not recommended at all. Don't be tempted by the photos/videos on TikTok. First, I came to check in, and I had already booked two nights at this hotel. When I checked the door, it was already like this, as I took a photo, it looked like someone had pried it open. I tried to open the door with a card, but it wouldn't work. Then I went back to the receptionist. I was told to try again, and the door opened. But the gong was that the room was in a condition that was unfit for use. It couldn't be locked from the inside, the AC wouldn't work, etc. Then I complained again to the receptionist to change rooms, and then I was given the key to another room. After opening it, the condition was even more worrying, as if it had never been taken care of at all. The floor was sticky, the lights wouldn't work at all, the AC couldn't be used. The room was also very dirty. I even canceled my reservation and left. I couldn't stay in a place like that. This is my personal experience, I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank You.

It's actually nice but what makes it uncomfortable is that the sheets smell like they haven't been washed before, the soap is out, I've complained to the receptionist, the sheets were replaced but the soap still hasn't been refilled, then because I booked 3 rooms, 1 room couldn't log in to the wifi, I don't know why, then after cleaning the rooms, suddenly the towels in the first room were no longer there, in the bathroom they forgot to replace them, I think

The room is very uncomfortable, the glass is crusty, the cupboard can't be closed, the AC doesn't have a cover, and the cleanliness is really lacking.

Room is generally clean. It’s just there are some cracks on the wall and the desk looks like about to collapse. But surely not affecting your stay if you’re looking for some place to crash in. Location is very strategic, near a bus shelter, food centre, convenient store, and of course the airport.

Good and friendly service, very strategic location

The hotel staff are all friendly, even the security is very friendly. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the hot water works, the bed is clean, the blanket is clean, the AC is very cold, nice. When booking via Traveloka, I requested a non-smoking room and was given according to the request. The location of the hotel is close to everywhere including Kuta Beach, Legian Beach and Seminyak. Next to the hotel there is a minimarket, then there is a large food court and a place to eat, it takes less than 5 minutes to get to Dewi Sri, Gacoan is close, buying souvenirs is also very close, Ikea is also close to Bali. The swimming pool has warm water, clean. This hotel is the best. All the staff are smiling and very helpful. Don't hesitate to stay at the Serela Bali hotel

The location is perfect. Easy to eat, next to the food court. The room smells bad. The bathroom too. No hot water. Cleanliness is a bit lacking. The staff is okay. But with the price yesterday, it was 248 thousand / night including breakfast, it was really good. Especially if it was only used for sleeping. If I get the same price again or below, I will stay at Serela Kuta again

Unfriendly staff. Dirty and musty smelly room. Dirty bathroom. No towels. Breakfast was cold, only chicken, rice and stir-fried white cabbage. It's better not to come here if you have children.
