Staying at this hotel is very enjoyable for families and children. There are lots of games, a swimming pool, a playground, a spacious garden, and you can play with animals like rabbits, fish, goats, geese, etc. Overall, it's okay. The air is also very cool.

The staff are all very friendly. The hotel is clean. The food is varied and delicious. The room is clean and quite spacious. Just right. The only thing I wish was the TV, which is Android. Will be back soon at Palace Hotel.

For the best cleanliness, the food is also okay. Please fix the water hole at the edge of the pool. Initially, my foot went in and it hurt. I thought even an adult's foot could get in, let alone a child's. And it turned out to be true. When I went swimming in the morning, my child's foot went in too.

Very comfortable, only the hot water doesn't work.

Good location, old room, old equipment, broken AC, took 1 hour to call, hard bed, couldn't sleep, the sound of vehicles outside was noisy.

In room 1127 when I checked in, it was not worth selling because the bathroom smelled of septic tank, the toilet spray was small, and most importantly, the sink was leaking, making the bathroom muddy. So the smell came out of the room 😌 I wanted to complain that day I checked in late because I was hit by a one-way ticket, overall for a good hotel. Please improve it in the future 🙏

My first stay at Palace. I read the reviews first because I was bringing a baby, so I checked them out first. Many said they were good. I ended up staying for two nights. Very impressed. Friendly service, varied breakfast, and very fast check-in. I had an AC problem, it was fixed immediately. Very kid-friendly. I wanted more, but I've already started my activities again. I'll be back again. Thank you, Palace, for the excellent service.

Very good location with a nice view from the restaurant, but the view from our room was quite frustrating. Breakfast was good, and staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the bath towels were not very clean with an unpleasant smell.

Comfortable, but I don't like the room which doesn't smell like anything and only smells fishy, whether from the floor or what, I don't understand, but overall there are no problems, everything is ok.

There is a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, you can feed animals (rabbits, goats, fish, geese), a very large garden with more than 10 types of flowers, shady trees, a cafe where you can read books and comics, many restaurants around and close to a strawberry farm. However, the building is a bit old. For those who are lazy to go anywhere, this hotel is suitable.
