First, I contacted them via WhatsApp message before booking. My first impression was that the communication was very poor, with no response at all.
Second, after checking in, I was given a room with a leaking ceiling. I reported it via the PABX in the room, but it didn't work. I contacted them via WhatsApp message, but they didn't respond. I had to report it directly to the receptionist. The leak was fixed, but a few minutes after the repair, it reappeared. I was eventually moved to another room.
Third, there seems to be a lack of good communication between the staff. I was charged extra for breakfast because I had an extra person. I asked the receptionist to bill me at check-out, but when I checked out, the receptionist didn't know. Luckily, I was honest and reported it.
This is to encourage future improvements. I don't mean to be dismissive. Keep up the good work 💪🏻
