The main problem is that the AC isn't cooling enough, making it stuffy when you sleep. I've called a technician three times, but it still doesn't cool. Please fix this and check every room regularly. Thank you.

I contacted the hotel long before my stay and informed them that I had booked two rooms but requested a single floor. However, when I checked in, they told me there was no single-floor request, resulting in my and my children's rooms being on different floors. This could be a concern for the FO team. If any guest notes can be entered into the system, they can be recorded by the FO staff in charge during check-in. The water heater wasn't working properly. There was no hot water. I don't know if they were using the heat pump when I used it or if it was actually malfunctioning. However, the FO team should have communicated this to the guests in advance if there were any issues. The room furniture was also dusty, and the cleanliness of the HK could be improved. Overall, everything else was quite good, including the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast which was quite good.

The most prominent drawback was the hotel management's lack of cleanliness and quality of facilities. The water heater didn't work, the drain fly was in the bathroom, the sink was slightly clogged, and the room amenities appeared damaged and/or dirty. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the air conditioning worked, the view was good, the TV could be better, the toilet worked, the shower wasn't very warm, the noise coming from/into the room made it uncomfortable, and the price was relatively cheap.

If we return to Bandung again, we will definitely return to Selera.

This hotel is actually strategic. There are lots of food around the hotel. It's just that because this hotel is old, so the cleanliness is not maintained. Entering the hotel room smells musty as if it hasn't been opened for a long time, and the bathroom front light flickers, the phone can't be used so you have to WA the receptionist but for fast response so good job. Hot water can't be used but only warm but very thin..

When we entered the room the room was not cold, waited for half an hour and it was still not cold, reported to the receptionist using a cellphone because the room phone was not working which at that time we did not know that we had to scan the barcode to enter WA (all complaints or room needs via WA, it was actually quite surprising), from the party told us to repair it until the next notification would fix the outdoor AC. We have conveyed that if it cannot be repaired we asked to change rooms but the response was slow, after 1 hour there was only information to move rooms, hopefully our complaint can be an improvement for this hotel in the future

First, I contacted them via WhatsApp message before booking. My first impression was that the communication was very poor, with no response at all. Second, after checking in, I was given a room with a leaking ceiling. I reported it via the PABX in the room, but it didn't work. I contacted them via WhatsApp message, but they didn't respond. I had to report it directly to the receptionist. The leak was fixed, but a few minutes after the repair, it reappeared. I was eventually moved to another room. Third, there seems to be a lack of good communication between the staff. I was charged extra for breakfast because I had an extra person. I asked the receptionist to bill me at check-out, but when I checked out, the receptionist didn't know. Luckily, I was honest and reported it. This is to encourage future improvements. I don't mean to be dismissive. Keep up the good work 💪🏻

It may need a lot of large-scale repairs (room facilities, toilets, outdoor areas), there are still many things that need to be deep cleaned or replaced.

The food is delicious, the place is clean.

The hotel staff was friendly and prompt with check-in and check-out. Security was friendly and parking was ample.

The hotel staff is friendly, requests for adjacent rooms were also accepted, the room is quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 children, the cleanliness of the room should be improved because the carpet looks a bit dirty, the bathroom is okay but please check for the availability of amenities such as soap and shampoo. Otherwise, everything is very good because it is close to everywhere, just crossing to Paskal, and Braga is also close.

I booked a total of 8 rooms at this hotel. Overall, the stay was okay, but I had an unpleasant incident with my personal belongings. I had placed some items in a paper bag at the corner of my room, and on the last day, I realized that a perfume I bought for my dad (a masculine scent) was missing. I informed the hotel manager about it and mentioned that perhaps it was my carelessness since I did not unpack the paper bag. However, I was frustrated and disappointed when the hotel later contacted me to say they had found the perfume under my bed, but it had already been used. The perfume was no longer full, as if it had been sprayed many times. This was upsetting because, firstly, it makes no sense for me to use it since it is a men’s perfume, and secondly, there was no fragrance smell in the room that would normally be noticeable if it had been used. To be fair, the hotel management did take responsibility by contacting me, apologizing, and informing me that they would send the perfume to my house. Unfortunately, until now, I have not received the parcel. Other than this issue, everything else was generally fine. Breakfast was very nice and delicious. However, the swimming pool could not be used on Saturday and Sunday as there was a wedding ceremony held at that level, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel rooms were a little small, but acceptable. The bathroom had warm water, but it required careful handling, and the water quality itself was not very good as it seemed slightly dirty. Overall, my stay was okay, but I do hope the hotel improves its handling of personal belongings, facilities, and water quality for a better guest experience in the future.

There is no comfortable waiting + no hot AC.. noisy because the wedding hall is an open space on the 2nd floor.. at night someone opened the room door with a card, luckily my partner was aware and screamed, otherwise he could have died from being robbed/murdered.. dusty, couldn't take it, finally checked out at 11 pm
