The room was standard for around 400,000 Rupiah. The staff was friendly, and the technician was quick to respond when the AC broke. The location is also easy to reach. One thing to note is the breakfast menu, which lacks variety; please address this in the future.

The room was dark and had no windows. The bathroom had a lot of dark undercarriageways, which was a bit scary, haha. When I took a shower at 12:00, the hot water had already turned off.

Overall, the facilities provided are excellent, but there are still a few areas that need improvement, such as the beds/mattresses and pillows, which are partly worth replacing, and the Wi-Fi connection, which is often slow. Towels were unavailable. They were delivered five times, claiming the laundry had just arrived. There were no tissues in the room, so we had to use bathroom paper. The bathroom lock used a regular key.
