Hotel with a mountain atmosphere with a comfortable environment, pleasant and delicious breakfast, good for children's recreation

Almost everything is ok, especially the easy access to everywhere, only the last time I stayed the atmosphere was a bit scary.

I had a truly memorable stay at Puteri Gunung Hotel Lembang. The location was the most strategic part of my vacation plans, and the hotel boasts numerous aesthetic photo spots. The morning atmosphere was unparalleled, complemented by a breakfast menu that definitely didn't disappoint. I hope to have the opportunity to be warmly welcomed by the Puteri Gunung Hotel staff again.

for breakfast there are many variations so it's delicious, for the room it's quite okay, spacious too, in the evening I ordered pizza and drinks and they were delicious and the price was affordable too, fried rice with kencur was also delicious

It was fun, but we got a room that was quite far from the road and the room was a bit old, a bit scary, the hot water had to be turned on for a long time before it came out.

The hotel is a cottage-style hotel with several rooms. Parking is not allowed in front of the cottage, so getting a car is quite an effort, you have to go to the front. I stayed here for 3 nights. The first night the room and linen were dusty. My son kept sneezing at check-in time. The linen was always changed for the next 2 nights, thank God it was safe. It was very cold at night because it was the rainy season. The bathroom was also a bit dirty on the first night, but it was cleaned every day after. If you're staying with two people, it's a bit creepy. There must be at least 3 people in the room. My son left his bolster, but thankfully a package was sent to his house within 3 days. The staff are all friendly. For around 500 rupiah per night, breakfast is included, it's quite worth it. If you stay here, you'll have to buy food first because it's far from Indoalfa. The food in the dining room is quite good but there are few choices. Also, if you upgrade the TV to Netflix, it would be an attraction. Thank you.

If you're looking to stay with your family, this hotel is a must-have on your list. The building is old but still clean. The atmosphere is very calming. Easy access, complete facilities, and close proximity to every tourist spot in Lembang.

The atmosphere is very comfortable, it's just that it's not well maintained and there are lots of holes in the bathroom area.

I booked 2 nights at Putri Gunung through the app because I had stayed there before and liked the hotel's vibe. I really liked the food and cleanliness of this hotel because it was perfect for me and my family. On the plus side, the suite I booked was very spacious and the bathroom wasn't slippery like most hotels that use ceramic tiles that are a bit slippery when wet. At Putri Gunung, the bathroom floor was a combination of stone tiles which really helped make the bathroom non-slip. The downside that was really hard for me to tolerate was the mattress, oh my God, it was an old spring bed that was completely unsuitable because when I used it, one side really sank because it was completely hollow. The mattress made my body ache and sore. I don't know if there are many rooms like this or not because the next day I booked another room but not through the app and I got a room with a really comfortable mattress and it was very different from the type of mattress I got before, even though there was a price difference. My previous purchase was also not a suite type room (below) and the mattress wasn't as bad. But overall, I still like this hotel because it really suits the food and especially the location. I also really like the atmosphere. Thank You..

It's our first time staying here for two nights. Alhamdulillah, the service was really excellent. The room was great. The food, oh my God! So many options to eat for our breakfast. Delicious! The staff were really friendly, too! Thank you, Puteri Gunung Hotel, for letting us have a really wonderful stay. Would love to come back here next time.

Deluxe type room, a bit downstairs, so it's a bit tiring to go up and down if you want to leave the room for breakfast, play and swim.

It's become our favorite hotel during our vacation to Lembang. The hotel grounds are very spacious, perfect for morning strolls. Spacious rooms surrounded by pine forests. Very friendly staff. Large swimming pool. Breakfast with a varied menu. The atmosphere is very comfortable and calming.

It's pleasant, calm, beautiful, cool, the food is also quite varied, only the bathroom is not well lit, the lights are dim and need to be replaced with brighter lights, the staff service is all good.

The room is not expensive. Breakfast is yummy. The air is fresh.
