Puteri Gunung Hotel is one of the recommended hotels in Lembang. This is due to its strategic location on the main road, making it easy for consumers to find and locate its location. Furthermore, its spacious parking lot makes it easy for consumers to park their vehicles. Another advantage is its beautiful natural scenery, allowing consumers to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature. The correction is that the car exit door should be reactivated because when there, there was only one entrance and exit door. Furthermore, the hot water facility should be available 24 hours a day. Because when staying there, the hot water was not available 24 hours a day. So for cold areas, hot water must be continuously available. Furthermore, it would be better if the room doors were upgraded to automatic card-operated like modern hotels in general. And finally, the interior, tables, cupboards, chairs, and TVs should be upgraded again to be more contemporary, modern, and more popular with visitors. Thank you.

The hotel is really nice and spacious, the rooms are like a villa, the atmosphere is quiet and cool but at night it's a bit creepy, plus I was given a room on the corner far from the street because this has to be an outdoor street so it's a bit of a hassle if it rains and you bring a lot of stuff, I got room no. 322, there's no hairdryer because it's in the corner so maybe not everything is clean, honestly it's creepy at night I don't dare to leave the room huhu but I think if I'm in the front and not given a corner room it might be safe

One of the favorite hotels when going to Lembang, even though it is an old hotel, it is still well maintained.

The Putri Gunung Hotel is strategically located on the roadside. I booked a garden suite right in front of the pool. It was comfortable and serene. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my requests. They helped carry my luggage to my room. The receptionist was also friendly. Breakfast was varied, with children's meals costing an additional 75,000 Rupiah. Overall, I was very satisfied, especially with the morning walk to the pine forest. Highly recommended for the Lembang area :) Keep improving!

The air is fresh, the swimming pool is spacious, and the food is varied. Unfortunately, I got a unit that was a bit far and hilly. It was also an effort to get to the parking lot, swimming pool, and restaurant. I want to come here again next time, but I want a terrace unit so it's not too far to walk.

The bed frame is dusty, the TV stand is dusty, the glass table is dusty, the toilet and sink are dusty, the lamp housings are all rusty, the towels are faded. An old building with poorly maintained room cleanliness. Borrowing plates and spoons is not allowed, never mind. It might be detrimental to the hotel if it lends to guests who choose to stay only 2 nights at the hotel. Maybe the rate is cheap so that's the service.

I arrived at 1:30 PM and, thankfully, I was able to check in right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Luckily, I didn't have a suitcase, as reviews indicated there were a lot of stairs. I got a corner room near the warehouse. I requested a room upstairs because I was bringing an elderly person. Breakfast was decent...the variety was good, but the taste could probably be improved (due to the holiday season, the restaurant was packed). The atmosphere was calm and cool, but it seems like some things need attention and improvement...the garden suite bedsheets were torn (I didn't take a photo)...the towels and blanket were worn and dull. Oh my...let's pay attention to that...considering the fierce competition with other hotels. I also ordered an extra bed, and the blanket was the same...torn and ugly (sorry) for a 4-star hotel.

The atmosphere is calm and beautiful, but the hotel facilities need a lot of improvement. Crucially, the towels (sorry) are worn out and the sheets are torn... The food is just so-so. Since it's the holiday season, it's understandable that the staff is overwhelmed. The keys aren't smart keys yet. The staff is helpful.

Next time I go to Bandung, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff is very friendly, polite, kind, the room I booked happened to be under renovation so as compensation I got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, thank God the room was very comfortable, the atmosphere was beautiful and cool, quite cool even without AC/fan, the swimming pool was also clean, thank you, our family was happy staying at the Puteri Gunung Hotel, a highly recommended hotel🥰

For the large room and there is a water heater in the bathroom too.
