I have stayed at this hotel several times with different room locations, Cenderawasih and Leopard, yesterday at Panda, here I give comments regarding the cleanliness of the rooms and the surrounding environment which is lacking, as well as the lack of variety of food in the restaurant, other things are quite good in terms of staff and service.

Here's my experience and some suggestions. - I got the 951,000 Rupiah check-in Sunday-Monday. - The toilet wasn't very clean. - Check-in took a very long time, at 3:00. The room should have been ready, so customers would have been contacted via WhatsApp or phone. Luckily, I went to the front office at 2:30 PM to ask, and it turned out the room was ready. - For that price, you only get three free attractions. You have to pay for the rest, and in my opinion, it's tens of thousands of rupiah. There are more paid attractions than free ones. - Breakfast on September 1, 2025, was very local. Nasi uduk was the main menu. For that price, I don't think the breakfast was great.

I was annoyed at night because the AC suddenly went out. Then the sink in room 15 Cendrawasih was clogged. It's a 4-star hotel, so there shouldn't be a broken AC and a clogged sink. But everything was resolved because of the facilities and rides inside. My child was happy.
