for the price offered overall is good. Impressive things: - friendly, polite staff, especially CS on the 1st floor (1 woman and 1 sister). The sister at the reception was quick to help when the AC died in the middle of the night (remote replaced). The breakfast staff was also friendly, polite. - good, tasty, fresh food. can add. - check-in/out satset is not complicated - there is a hot/cold drinking water dispenser, outside near the room, very helpful. - the room window can be opened so there is air flow. no need to rely on AC. - wifi is smooth, no interference at all What needs to be improved: - during the stay, there were no TV channels. complained 2x, they said it was interference from the center. I stayed for almost 1 week, quite bored without a TV. even though it has a smart TV and a large TV size. - the breakfast menu seems to only have 2 sets and is rolling. Suggestion: add 1 more package so that it is rolling, not just 2 sets/2 days. Additional: the guest above often pulls the mattress so it is disturbing because it can be heard in the room. Next, maybe they can give an appeal to maintain peace. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and aesthetic, the food is also delicious. The only downside is that they don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste.

You can check in early even though it is not the specified check-in time, and it is also easy to extend your stay.
