The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the food was okay, but the fried rice could use some improvement. Everything else was fine, and if I were to go to Ampel or Perak, I would definitely choose this hotel again. Thanks.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was not very clean, smelling musty and cigarette, and even with air fresheners, the smell remained musty. It's a shame for those with toddlers.

It's hot! The AC isn't working, the room isn't soundproof, and the rooms on the left and right are all making a lot of noise. 😞 It's more like a dimly lit love hotel.
