Nice, friendly and pleasant stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are shady and very comfortable for resting. Bicycles are available for exploring the hotel area. The restaurant offers a variety of food, and the recommended drinks are the iced coconut americano and the delicious fried banana with cheese. Perfect for a family vacation away from the crowds.

Like a second home, very comfortable especially with family, very kid friendly.

First time stay at Putri Duyung, and love to stay here. But need to renovate (upgrade) the furniture with the new one.

It's uncomfortable because I can't sleep, and there are so many mosquitoes. I have an electric mosquito repellent, but when I turn it on, it smells burnt, making me afraid to fall asleep.

The place is comfortable, kids friendly, the breakfast is also delicious.

The food is delicious, the hotel environment is comfortable, the rooms are old in design but comfortable.

The hotel service and other staff are all friendly and kind, always smiling.

The door is hard to open, the AC can't be adjusted easily, the hot water is hard to adjust to warm, the room lights are not aesthetic.

The room is nice, strategic location, but this is the first time I've found a hotel where you have to pay for additional water and towels, hmm...

Absolutely amazing, everything. The breakfast menu is full and delicious. The best part is the many beautiful, well-maintained cats (Love). Thank you to all the friendly staff.

In the bathroom, the water flow wasn't smooth enough, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. Likewise, the bathroom sink was clogged, causing water to fill the sink quite a bit.

The hotel is comfortable, all the staff are friendly, the food at Nyiur is delicious and the view is also beautiful.

After attending the show and playing at Gelanggang Samudra, my husband and I had already planned to stay at Putri Duyung Resort. Even though we only stayed for one night, thank God the kids were SO HAPPY because there were so many activities to do (playing in the sand in the backyard, riding bikes, swimming, and the playground). And if we wanted to go out for snacks or go to Ancol beach, it was also close.

It was quite sad, I was locked in the bathroom toilet because the door was broken, luckily the officer came quickly.

Good, the atmosphere is good, the swimming pool has a really beautiful view, the staff are friendly, you can play bicycles for free, basically it's the best, only the food is lacking in my opinion, maybe the long holiday made some things undercooked, there was still blood in the chicken (sorry), but the rest is good and okay... I like it

Everything is fine but unfortunately in the room I stayed in there was no dispenser anymore like before.

The view is really beautiful for gathering with family.
