Staying at the Putri Duyung Ancol Resort was a truly delightful experience. The resort's atmosphere is serene and beautiful, perfect for unwinding with family or friends. The ocean-facing cottages offer beautiful views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are quite complete, and the resort area is well-maintained. The staff is friendly, responsive, and provides excellent service from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation without having to travel far from Jakarta. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for two nights and were very satisfied: the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the view was beautiful, the pool overlooked the beach, and there were bikes to explore the resort. Book a deluxe upper room. It's an older building, but the room is comfortable, clean, and mosquito-free. It has a sea view of the swimming pool. I highly recommend staying at Putri Duyung Cottage. I'll stay again next time, and be sure to check out the promotions.

This isn't my first time staying at Putri Duyung; I wanted to relive the memories, so I stayed again. Unfortunately, the upstairs room was noisy yesterday. Breakfast was also lacking in choice; it used to be more plentiful and the food was better. Now it's just average. Sorry, my honest comments are meant to be constructive. Thank you.

Age really shows. Old furniture, with not so modern arrangement (room was ok with only yellowing AC, and hard beds, main complaint is the bathroom). Food was very average, small selection and taste is average. But location is prime (since I had an event in Ancol). Ps: there were lots of mosquitoes to beware. Good things: environment is cool, staff were friendly, bike ride around resort was fun as well. Nice getaway spot that is still in reach within Jkt.

There were other guests' belongings left behind, shoes, and used rice bags. Many of the ceramic tiles were lifted, and the sink had no silencer and was wobbly. I was worried about the kids falling in. Maintenance is needed. Overall, the staff, the calm atmosphere, and the infinity pool were excellent. They could reduce the chlorine in the pool a little. Thank you.

In general, our stay was really good. The surroundings are very nice, only the room itself needs to be renovated. Such a waste with the awesome surroundings that the room is not that clean. The staff is really friendly, a nice addition with the shuttle, and they took us wherever we want. Nice pool but can be upgraded a little bit. In general, we really had a nice time with my family there. Definitely, we will be back next time, but probably in a different room.

I was a bit hesitant after reading reviews from people who said the cottage was scary, spooky, smelled old, and had lots of mosquitoes. But I still wanted to try what a modern mermaid is like. And it turns out I wasn't wrong. I booked a standard deluxe room type + breakfast for 2 adults and a 2 year old child free, very satisfied with the room, because as soon as I entered, the room was clean, spacious enough for the three of us, there was a sofa, a TV that could already access YouTube and Netflix. A super cold 2 PK AC, man! There was also a refrigerator (only this one was a bit dirty). Because I read that there were lots of mosquitoes, I even brought Baygon spray with Autan for my child. But during our stay there, we didn't meet a single mosquito, even though we chatted on the balcony facing the beach. The room was quite clean, the sofa, the bed were also clean and smelled good. The towels were also white and smelled of laundry. The breakfast was quite okay, but the variety wasn't that great. There's also a swimming pool right in front of Nyiur Restaurant. I didn't try it yesterday because my baby was still sleepy. The front office could improve their response to guests. They were a bit unfriendly, and when I called from the room, they didn't pick up the phone six times. Finally, I contacted them via WhatsApp, and they responded fairly quickly, about 10-15 minutes. Everything else was fine: the environment was clean, very quiet, and the security was very friendly. The ladies at Nyiur Restaurant were also very friendly and helpful, even friendlier than the front office. Will you be returning to Putri Duyung Ancol? Definitely! Oh, and if you buy it through the app yesterday, you get free Ancol entry, which includes your vehicle (car/motorcycle) ticket.
