Stayed here for 3 nights and 2 days. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. There is a 24-hour café nearby and an Alfamart that is also open 24 hours, which was very convenient. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout my stay. I had to change rooms three times because the air conditioning in the first two rooms was not cooling properly, making the rooms quite hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. The staff responded quickly to my complaints and even assisted me with a room change at 2:00 AM. I would like to sincerely thank the staff for their prompt action and great service. The third room (Room 325) was much better, and the air conditioning was finally cool enough. The shower water pressure was strong, and basic amenities such as a toothbrush, soap, and shampoo were provided. The TV also had a good selection of channels. Overall, the staff service was outstanding, but the hotel should improve the maintenance of its air conditioning units. If the air conditioning issue is resolved, the stay would be much more comfortable.
