The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, but the AC is not cold, the sound of the engine outside is too loud so it is very disturbing and makes it difficult to sleep.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning were good. The only downside was the shower; it took a long time to heat up, and even when the lever was slightly turned to the hot position, the water was too hot.

The pillow and the blanket are yellow. After requesting a change, they were still the same, and the reason given was that there were not enough pillows.

I stayed at Borneo Hotel Pontianak for 5 days during my holiday in Pontianak, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was kept clean, and housekeeping was done daily. Basic amenities such as bottled water, coffee, tea, and an electric kettle were provided and replenished regularly. The shower worked well with stable hot water, which made the stay more comfortable. I also tried the room service, and the food was delivered within a reasonable time and tasted good. One of the highlights of this hotel is its strategic location. It is close to the city center and surrounded by various dining options and convenience stores, making it easy to access daily needs. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally unstable, and there were some mosquitoes at night. Additionally, the bed and pillows were not as comfortable as expected, and I noticed some stains on the bed sheet. The television was available but not in HD quality. Overall, this hotel offers good value for its location and service. With some improvements in cleanliness and room comfort, it could provide an even better stay experience for future guests.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room with an extra smoky smell inside it. Terrible.

The room was dirty, smelly, the deposit was burnt, even though the sheets were dirty and smelly from the start.

My favorite hotel when I go to Pontianak, in the city center, spacious parking, family friendly, friendly staff and security guards, clean environment and lots of sotong pangkong culinary delights around the hotel.
