Previously I stayed here several times, everything was okay that's why I chose to come back again, for some reason now everything feels less well-maintained and less clean, the room & bathroom are less clean, the towels smell, the food is also less varied, even checking in at 11 pm still has to wait for who knows what is prepared, I don't understand tired people 😭

Even though I booked last minute, I was still able to book and still got a discount 🫶🏻 It's truly a great healing place and perfect for a family vacation or honeymoon with your partner.

The staff was very helpful. I asked for a hairdryer and they gave me one. The room was okay, and the ambiance was great. Just a suggestion: if possible, provide towels in the shower rooms near the pool so we don't have to carry them from the room.

On holidays, it's noisy with guests and children. Our room was near the restaurant, so every morning there was the clatter of spoons, plates, chairs, etc.

Honestly, I think the food is not very varied, thank God it's delicious, when we arrived on the first day, the hot water didn't work while taking a shower, but when we complained, it was immediately fixed, for the cleanliness of the room, there was a problem with the electric kettle which was not checked after use and we complained, thank God it was immediately replaced, so if you have any complaints, just contact customer service.

The hotel is comfortable. The breakfast area is also good. The menu is varied and always well-stocked. There are several great photo spots.

The place is okay for kids, because my son brought his balance bike and really enjoyed playing here, the yard is really spacious, and the view is really great. The pool is also very safe, and they have activities every hour, yesterday at 9 for children's sensory. But sorry for the food, I'm sorry to give it a rating, it's a bit lacking in my opinion, the taste is like the fried rice has no taste, that's all.
