Junior suite class water drain clogged to the point of flooding... really messy

The rooms are well-soundproofed, there are plenty of activities for kids, and the place is kid-friendly. The food is delicious, but there aren't many choices for kids, and the area isn't very clean. Another suggestion is that we checked in too late at 3 PM. The rest of the place was fine. 🥳🥳🥳

Special days don't feel special.. even requesting greetings is difficult.. the room is titled junior suite but actually it's like a standard room with a dirty balcony and so are the other sides of the room... that's enough & thank you.

The service and responsiveness of the staff is good, but for breakfast, some of the salty dishes are beyond normal.

The access is quite safe for private cars, even though the road is quite narrow, the room is clean and comfortable, the view is very, very good, the breakfast is varied and delicious
