Overall, my stay at this 4-star hotel was quite disappointing in terms of room amenities. The room felt small, the toilet smelled unpleasant upon arrival, the room phone was dusty, the air conditioning didn't work, and towels weren't provided. After asking for help, the air conditioning was repaired, but it stopped working again later that night. The unpleasant odor also continued to disrupt our comfort. However, there were some positive aspects worth appreciating. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. My deposit was fully refunded, even though there should have been a discount for my children's breakfast. Furthermore, the downstairs area of the hotel has a fun and aesthetically pleasing vibe, perfect for relaxing. Hopefully, in the future, cleanliness, facility maintenance, and room comfort will be better managed so that the stay experience lives up to its 4-star rating.

The view and facilities were good, but because I was on the 3rd floor which was very close to the restaurant and ballroom, I was quite disturbed by the noise below (the sound of plates being clattered, and coincidentally there was a group that seemed to be using the ballroom).

In my opinion, for a 4-star hotel and such a high price, please improve the facilities. There's no hair dryer, the sheets and pillows are dirty, there's no comb, the showerhead is broken, the water is low and hard to switch to cold, and the room smells of urine. Please fix this.

The first room's bathroom odor permeated the room. I asked to be moved, but I got one, but the sheets didn't look like they'd been changed.
