First impression: 1. The hotel is old-style, 2. The staff are friendly, 3. As soon as we got out of the taxi, the hotel staff immediately helped us carry our suitcases to the reception, 4. We had an elevator even though it was an old hotel, 5. Very close to ATMs, minimarkets, and places selling a variety of food and fruit, 6. The AC and TV were working well, 7. The bathroom shower also had hot water, but in the room where my family and I were staying, the faucet on the toilet seat didn't come out of the water 😀

The hotel is quite nice and reasonably priced, located in the city center of Mangga Besar, with easy access to the ITC Mangga Dua shopping center. The receptionist is friendly and responsive. The service is quite good, with the staff friendly and unpretentious. The food is varied and reasonably priced.
