Sorry to have to share this. This was a truly unpleasant experience. At exactly 12 midnight, I heard the sound of a light switch beeping, followed by the light immediately going off and then back on. After the technician checked, it turned out there was no problem with the installation. We asked to be moved, but the receptionist charged us because the available rooms had different views. Very unprofessional. How can a tired guest in the middle of the night ask for a change of room without a reason? This incident repeated itself at 4:00 AM, the light switch beeped again several times as if someone was playing. The TV also suddenly turned off and on twice. It was truly very disturbing. And finally, at 6:00 AM in the bathroom, the light switch sounded like it was pressed twice, followed by the light turning on and off again. What's really unfortunate is that the hotel was not responsive and responded well to this incident when we asked to be moved. After this, I will not be staying here again.

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Arthama Hotel, from the friendly staff, clean rooms, and the very varied and delicious food.

There were no towels in the bathroom. I asked for them through the front desk, and they took over 30 minutes to be available, and even then I waited in the reception lobby. I'll make sure this doesn't happen again.

The sheets weren't clean, and there were still blood stains. I requested a new one, and they responded quickly. Thank you.
