My stay here was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, and I even received complimentary cookies from the hotel. The food was varied and delicious, and was always refilled when it ran out. Check-in is required at 2 PM, and check-out was quite fast. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. It was great. I hope Arthama continues to be successful. The staff are very friendly, always greeting us when we meet in the elevator, entrance, and area according to 4-star hotel standards. The overall facilities are complete, great. But if possible, the gym facilities will be equipped with more back and leg muscles, and provide 1 washcloth + soapy water spray for the mat/superbench after use (sometimes it smells a bit like sweat after use).

The cleaning service didn't clean the room on time, as I expected it to be cleaned every morning. I stayed here for four days, and every morning before leaving, I always told the receptionist to clean my room, but when I arrived home, it still wasn't cleaned. Breakfast was standard, as I personally didn't find it particularly appealing. As for the pool area, I'd suggest a room-to-room option. Hotels typically provide two towels, but we only received one. The bathrooms in the pool area were dirty and smelly, so perhaps staff could be on standby. Other than that, everything was fine, from the service to the rooms.
