Overall, it's good. It's also close to Losari Beach. We only had to walk a short distance to enjoy pisang epe' (epe banana) and a beautiful evening at Losari Beach. The towels are changed daily and the beds are made. Housekeeping is excellent. Recommended.

The front desk staff was very friendly, communicative, and helpful in explaining the hotel's facilities clearly. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bed was soft, allowing me to rest well after a busy day. In-room amenities such as air conditioning, hot water, television, and Wi-Fi all functioned very well. The bathroom was also very clean, with a complete set of toiletries. Breakfast offered a varied menu and was delicious. The restaurant area was also clean and well-organized. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and comfortable, making it a great place to rest or work. The hotel's location is strategic and easily accessible. Security was also good, with 24-hour security. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and facilities provided. I would recommend this hotel to colleagues and family, and I would not hesitate to stay again in the future.
