Very satisfied with all the services at this Aston hotel

I had a really pleasant stay at Aston Inn Mataram. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Lombok. The room was cozy and equipped with everything I needed, and I especially appreciated how neat and organized everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room I booked didn't match the description on the app. Upon arrival, the receptionist would always direct me to the wrong room. This might be understandable once, but it happened repeatedly. It completely fell short of my expectations.

Very comfortable, starting from the view of Mataram city from the hotel balcony, etc.

Overall good, just noisy, the room could hear sounds from outside, coincidentally during takbiran.

From its grand opening until now, Aston Inn has always been a top choice. A hotel that keeps up with modernity and the times. The breakfast menu is more varied than most hotels, and the hotel's strategic location is close to everything. The price for a superior room is well worth it.

All the facilities are complete, perhaps there are some minor improvements, such as the issue of amenities. The shower cap is missing. Similarly, for the TV, perhaps a smart TV option could be created or an HDMI data cable could be plugged in so that children can watch TV in their rooms. For breakfast, in my opinion, the bread lacks flavor, too bland. The slices also seem to be not fresh. The juice drinks also have no taste. Overall, it's okay, and the beef rendang is always sold out. Thank you.

Maybe it was busy when we stayed here, so it took a really long time to check in. The TV remote control looks like it needs replacing, and there's no trash bag in the bathroom.

The hotel staff is friendly and all facilities are clean.

It was good in general. We stayed during the Ramadhan fasting days, but as non-Muslims, we had no problem with food and for breakfast too. So far, good for the room and the service.
