Overall a decent hotel with good beds, WiFi, sustainable water bottle option, amazing breakfast options, and a great staff. We explored all facilities during our stay for over 10 days. What worked for us: location, accessibility to food and stores, great breakfast options, good AC in the room, and beds. What made us give a low rating: ants in the washroom and ants coming from the balcony and getting into our snacks in the room. Noisy hallways and swimming pool. No decorum observed, so kids start swimming and screaming as early as 6 AM until late evenings. Parents and the hotel take zero responsibility. These two experiences made us give an overall lower rating; else, it's worth staying for a few days.

The staff was very friendly, and since we arrived in Mataram at 11am, we asked for early check-in. After checking the availability of the room, thankfully, there was one ready, and we were allowed to check in shortly after 11am. We were also upgraded to a room with a balcony. We also got a discounted price from the flash sale. Thank you and Aston Inn Mataram ♥️
