I stayed here for two days and it was a great experience. First, I was allowed to leave my luggage in the morning before continuing my business trip because I arrived before check-in time. Then, when I checked in at the right time, I was able to stay on the third floor, the same floor as the swimming pool. My husband then had easy access to the swimming pool. After checking out, we were going to Gili and couldn't bring our luggage, so we were allowed to leave it at Aston Inn Mataram. The room was also quite tidy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We needed a spoon for our medicine, as well as prayer items like a prayer mat and sarong, which were provided. Thank you very much to Aston Inn Mataram :)

The staff was very friendly, and since we arrived in Mataram at 11am, we asked for early check-in. After checking the availability of the room, thankfully, there was one ready, and we were allowed to check in shortly after 11am. We were also upgraded to a room with a balcony.
