Best hotel though! The view is really cute! The staff are friendly, want to be bothered again, But it's a shame that the location is really up so it's not near the highway even though the hotel is nice

When I first came to Sapa, I also found out about many hotels but decided to choose Gem because I found it very good. I chose the deluxe room on the 4th floor with glass doors, fully furnished like rooms and near the center. The first day I had a problem, the bathroom was running low, but as soon as I informed the hotel, the hotel enthusiastically fixed it immediately. Breakfast is also quite delicious to my taste. The staff are very enthusiastic. Wifi almost I can not use due to the high floor but I was satisfied with the hotel anyway. Should choose Gem when coming to Sapa decent people!

I first set up the app, so choose a hotel that can be paid later. The receptionist called back very enthusiastically to move to a mountain view room and make me feel at home. Perfect service from being free check in early morning for 5 hours (from 9 am to sapa early), transfer room to serve lemon for me to eat dark shrimp noodles, or find a taxi for me when going out. I stayed at the holiday so I was checked in later than 2 pm to have a room. The rest is fine. Enthusiastic and friendly staff, hotels in the same administrative and public security offices are quite quiet late at night and are more comfortable.
