When I first came to Sapa, I also found out about many hotels but decided to choose Gem because I found it very good. I chose the deluxe room on the 4th floor with glass doors, fully furnished like rooms and near the center. The first day I had a problem, the bathroom was running low, but as soon as I informed the hotel, the hotel enthusiastically fixed it immediately. Breakfast is also quite delicious to my taste. The staff are very enthusiastic. Wifi almost I can not use due to the high floor but I was satisfied with the hotel anyway. Should choose Gem when coming to Sapa decent people!

The hotel is like a photo, enthusiastic service staff. Breakfast has not varied, 3 main dishes, 2 salads, 1 fruit. The hotel cooks pretty good food, so lunch is always in the hotel. The hotel is located next to the dining post so it is quite quiet and safe, suitable for those who like quiet

Best hotel though! The view is really cute! The staff are friendly, want to be bothered again, But it's a shame that the location is really up so it's not near the highway even though the hotel is nice

I first set up the app, so choose a hotel that can be paid later. The receptionist called back very enthusiastically to move to a mountain view room and make me feel at home. Perfect service from being free check in early morning for 5 hours (from 9 am to sapa early), transfer room to serve lemon for me to eat dark shrimp noodles, or find a taxi for me when going out. Will definitely come back if I go to Sapa again. Thanks Gem very much 😍😇💕

I stayed at the holiday so I was checked in later than 2 pm to have a room. The rest is fine. Enthusiastic and friendly staff, hotels in the same administrative and public security offices are quite quiet late at night and are more comfortable.
