OK location near business place, just hotel not available to wash clothes, tq.

The hotel is still changing. The room is large but the air conditioning is slow and there is no iron / iron to wash the clothes. Ask the front office and say no. Need to improve service. The place is strategically only a walk to the beach. Tq.

Hotel staff was quite friendly but not helpful and the hotel doesn’t have proper security at all.

The room was ok. Near Bangla road and shopping mall. Nice view from swimming pool. Just not happy for wifi that frequently had problems and then a smelly and dirty water channel near the hotel, visible from room terrace.

There was no proper security in the property and the property walls were not well maintained & not clean.

For the price that is ok, there is a big room too, only the writing is balkony but it doesn't exist, the bangka road has to run for about 10 minutes.

The front desk staffs were friendly. The location of the hotel is strategic as it is just few streets away from the famous bangla street and Big C supermarket. The hotel room is spacious and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. However, it is better that they could improve their drainage system as some bad odour came from their bathroom drains.

The hotel is close to the center of the crowd, at an affordable price.

The rooms are in accordance with the photos, large and all facilities are available, except for toothbrushes and pastries. The hotel room has a very beautiful balcony overlooking the hill. The pool is small, but the view from there is amazing, we can see the beauty of the sunset from that place. The hotel staff is very friendly, even though it's not time to check in, we can enter the room before the check in time and the check out process is also fast. The hotel location is close to the crowd and food vendors close to the hotel location. To the beautiful patong beach just walk.

Good location near night market, jungcelon, big room and comfort, housekeeper is a good service mind but reception at front is not ok. Don't smile to customer. Recommend here.
