I had the most pleasant stay here, the room & breakfast so great. While it is only a 3 star hotel, we really felt like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Reception during check in could be a little warmer. It doesn't give the feeling of welcoming to stay at this hotel. Rooftop pool was great to view sunset. No. Bar counter up there thus u can bring your own drink and food. Car and bike rental are available at the hotel entrance. Walk 2 blocks to Bangla road. Junceylon is nearby. Good location.

Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. There was no eye contact with customer. It’s only my first day and it’s already ruining my mood in Phuket. Would never ever recommend to anyone in the future.

Hotel with love in it. Close to Bangla Street Walking. Close to Patong Beach. There are many who sell food in front of the road a little to the side of the road. One of your holiday recommendation hotels. the food at this hotel you must try ...

The rooms are in accordance with the photos, large and all facilities are available, except for toothbrushes and pastries. The hotel room has a very beautiful balcony overlooking the hill. The pool is small, but the view from there is amazing, we can see the beauty of the sunset from that place. The hotel staff is very friendly, even though it's not time to check in, we can enter the room before the check in time and the check out process is also fast. The hotel staff also helps provide an explanation of the tour and booking a taxi to the airport. The breakfast is quite varied and the taste is quite tasty. The hotel location is close to the crowd and food vendors close to the hotel location. To the beautiful patong beach just walk.

Overall room is good, clean, reasonable, price is swimming pool, with hydrotherapy, late night, nightlife, traveling back to the room, talking loudly, arriving in the room at all. The room is not soundproofed, but good overall.

Water system has problems Customers do not have bath water Other schools (smaller than we stayed) also fixed with personal water vehicles to use water. Check out. No apologies. Swallowing office since check-in Customers keep coming Without notifying that the water does not flow The school may not be wrong, but it is not resolved. If you know that the water does not flow Your school should reserve water for use. Sorry, no words. Smile still not smiling How to get to work in the service When entering the elevator, two foreigners walked to say hello. Very quiet
