The hotel is still changing. The room is large but the air conditioning is slow and there is no iron / iron to wash the clothes. Ask the front office and say no. Need to improve service. The place is strategically only a walk to the beach. Tq.

The room was ok. Near Bangla road and shopping mall. Nice view from swimming pool. Just not happy for wifi that frequently had problems and then a smelly and dirty water channel near the hotel, visible from room terrace.

The front desk staffs were friendly. The location of the hotel is strategic as it is just few streets away from the famous bangla street and Big C supermarket. The hotel room is spacious and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. However, it is better that they could improve their drainage system as some bad odour came from their bathroom drains.

The rooms are in accordance with the photos, large and all facilities are available, except for toothbrushes and pastries. The hotel room has a very beautiful balcony overlooking the hill. The pool is small, but the view from there is amazing, we can see the beauty of the sunset from that place. The hotel staff is very friendly, even though it's not time to check in, we can enter the room before the check in time and the check out process is also fast. The hotel staff also helps provide an explanation of the tour and booking a taxi to the airport. The breakfast is quite varied and the taste is quite tasty. The hotel location is close to the crowd and food vendors close to the hotel location. To the beautiful patong beach just walk.
