Everything was pretty decent. I was just confused with the layout of the room, but it's still fine. The TV in my room doesn't work properly, but I still had a good sleep. I think they need to reclean the tables before guests enter the room.

Stayed here overnight after a tiring trip from Yogyakarta. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with check-in and check-out. The location is quite far from the city center, as it feels like it's in a warehouse area. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was cool enough. The only downside was the lack of a water dispenser. Overall, my stay at Enso Hotel Bekasi was quite pleasant.

The AC took a while to cool down, but otherwise it was fine. The facilities were good, and you got free amenities like a toothbrush, towel, shampoo, soap, laundry bag, and a shower cap. The service was also good. It was quite worth it for a hotel that costs around 300,000 Rupiah.

Stayed here for 4 nights for a business trip around this hotel. I didn't expect the hotel to be really nice, comfortable, and clean. The food was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. I was suddenly given a surprise cake for my birthday 🥰 Thank you so much, Enso crew 💕. All the staff were super friendly. If you stay here, you must include breakfast because it's all delicious and there are lots of choices. This hotel is highly recommended 🫰🏻

Stayed here for 4 nights for a business trip around this hotel, I didn't expect the hotel to be really good, comfortable, clean, the food is delicious, the staff is super friendly.
