The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel is comfortable.

The hotel was comfortable enough to rest, and the breakfast menu was quite varied. Unfortunately, the hot water in the bathroom didn't seem to work, only cold water. Hopefully, improvements will be made to a hotel of Enso's caliber, and it could raise its star rating even further.

No comment, from reception to everything else, everything was satisfactory. They really listen to their guests' wishes.

We waited until the next morning hoping it would work, but we still couldn't get any hot water until we checked out.
