Strategic location, close to MRT. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is not too big, so it feels very homey. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is very slow. What's worse is that the TV is not clear. I want to open YouTube, but suddenly there is no connection. I want to open Netflix, the same thing happens.

The staff is very friendly, very helpful when you want to check in early, the facilities & location are beyond doubt, even though it is in the middle of a residential area, it is very close to everywhere, initially I often stayed at the one on Jalan Cipete Raya, but after going to WT, I will keep coming back here.

The locations was great, really close to cipete raya so access to food was easy. Cleanliness was good, beds & linen were also up to par for the price. The receptionist was friendly and always greeting us when leaving and coming back to the place. High ceilings as well. Something that maybe could be upgraded is the hairdryer, its a little old and could be the heating element doesn’t work well anymore. To neighboring places to stay, white tree could be one of the better places to stay.

I thought for breakfast with regular service not simple breakfast. There was a brown stain on the mattress, what did you do that it wasn't clean yet. I just asked for coffee on the rooftop and the security guard said they could cook it in the pantry. Isn't the coffee already free to make on the rooftop why are they asked to cook it.

Breakfast is not available at the restaurant, there is only cold bread, even then the security guard delivers it

My stay here was excellent. The staffs were very friendly and the room is spacious and very very clean. Bed is comfortable, and the design of the entire place is cozy. I wish I could stay longer! For this price, this was very very worth it. Highly recommended.
