Strategic location and comfortable rooms

1. The refrigerator didn't work, the double-sided lock didn't work, and I had to go to the front desk. 2. I wanted towel oil while swimming, but it wasn't available. 3. The mattress was itchy when I slept. I've changed the linens, but the itching persisted. It seems like I've been waiting a long time for the mattress. 4. My first and last stay here.

This time it's still the same. I always come back to Golden Tulip every time I go to Makassar. The service is good and friendly. But please pay attention to cleanliness. The sheets were a bit dirty, and the bathroom door wouldn't lock.

Good location, but not the room and bathroom. Golden Tulip used to be good, but not now. Many areas of the room are not well maintained, the bed sheets are dirty and stained.. black bath towels.. gym equipment is not well maintained.. service is good and okay.

In short, you won't lose anything by staying here.

The room is great, I'm very happy. It's clean.

Check-in was relatively quick. Upon entering the room, I saw that the toiletries included only two large towels, a small bottle of shampoo and soap, two toothbrushes and toothpaste, and one pair of slippers. One of the power outlets next to the bed was broken. I called reception, but the technician said it was in the wrong room, and because we had other business, they couldn't fix it until we checked out. The Wi-Fi was very weak. The staff were very friendly. On the second night, trying to get into my room, I had a problem with my card, so I had to go back downstairs from the 12th floor. The receptionist said the card hadn't been updated (???). The important thing was that I finally got into my room. The room was clean and quite good. On the second day, I was going to rest, but there were technicians making repairs next to the elevator (a loud noise like metal being hit), so I couldn't get any rest (my room happened to be right next to the elevator). It was very noisy and disturbing.

Overall, it was a good experience staying at Golden Tulip Makassar.

The donuts are very delicious, but unfortunately the stock is limited, if you oversleep it will definitely run out :D Please, breakfast time is like most hotels until 10 am, half past 10 is too early.
