I had a wonderful stay at the New Orient Hotel Da Nang. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff at the front door were incredibly welcoming, setting a great tone for the rest of my visit. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Lucie and the rest of the reception team. They were consistently helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. Regarding the accommodations, the room was excellent—very spacious, impeccably clean, and kept in great condition. While I found the food to be average, the overall quality of service and the comfort of the room more than made up for it. I would certainly love to revisit this hotel if I have the chance to come back to Da Nang. Highly recommended for their top-tier service!

The hotel is very ok from good service, breakfast is also very delicious, clean, everything is great, I have never stayed at a hotel as good as this 💯💯 also set up and supported me to decorate the birthday room for my boyfriend very meticulously and neatly and I also thank Ms. "Tra My" for taking care of me very thoughtfully and wholeheartedly, everything I need is always available and the staff are extremely cute 🥰 Although the location is not near the sea, what you get in return is completely worth the money you spend 🥹💯 Next time I have the opportunity to come back, I will definitely book this hotel again because for me this will be the best choice when coming to Da Nang 😚

The room is clean and quite spacious, the view at night is very impressive. Towels, sheets are changed every day. The breakfast menu changes every day, so it's not boring. The staff is very friendly, Madam Rose and Lucie are ready to help when something is needed. Highly recommended. Next time will definitely come back to stay here. Btw. The dining room on the 7th floor, with a glass reason, is quite interesting to test your courage. Recommendation

Got a room on the 4th floor. And the room is nice and Washington has a nice sleep after a long day. But at night the music from the pub downstairs is so LOUD you hearing the bass so hard. Especially if you sleep sideways where your ear is on the pillow. I tried to get some sleep because I was so tired but just couldn't sleep because of the LOUD music from the pub downstairs. Call the front office wishing the pub would be odd by midnight but it closes at 3 am. I asked them to give me another room. The front office guys said that's what you get because I order a superior room unless I want to upgrade to a higher floor with a fee. It made us all very mad. Because no one paid anything when we checked in. They said we are the only ones complaining about the nose as he doesn't seem to be aware of the noise. My friend's room a few rows apart was quicker as they provided some ear plugs. So they know about the LOUD noise. And just assuming that guests can tolerate it. So AVOID this hotel if you wish to have a good night sleep unless you can sleep like a log.
