The hotel is very ok from good service, breakfast is also very delicious, clean, everything is great, I have never stayed at a hotel as good as this 💯💯 also set up and supported me to decorate the birthday room for my boyfriend very meticulously and neatly and I also thank Ms. "Tra My" for taking care of me very thoughtfully and wholeheartedly, everything I need is always available and the staff are extremely cute 🥰 Although the location is not near the sea, what you get in return is completely worth the money you spend 🥹💯 Next time I have the opportunity to come back, I will definitely book this hotel again because for me this will be the best choice when coming to Da Nang 😚

The room is clean and quite spacious, the view at night is very impressive. Towels, sheets are changed every day. The breakfast menu changes every day, so it's not boring. The staff is very friendly, Madam Rose and Lucie are ready to help when something is needed. Highly recommended. Next time will definitely come back to stay here. Btw. The dining room on the 7th floor, with a glass reason, is quite interesting to test your courage. Recommendation

It's very nice hotel, newest hotel with luxury facilities. They are 4 stars but feeling their services are like 5 star for sure cause hotel staff's attitude were very professional. I did spent 2 nights with them on my business trip in Da Nang; they are all very formal doing their services. They always say "hello" to you and help. Only 3 words to tell about them: friendly, helpful and values. Recommended to stay here for any reasons that you guys come Da Nang.

A great experience, nice, clean rooms, great mattresses and pillows, but above all what I am most impressed with you is the service attitude. There were many high quality features to this hotel, the room was very spacious with nice fittings and furniture. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet that had interesting and tasty items to choose from. The staff were also excellent, and I had especially good service from Lucie who had great English and provided a lot of helpful information about things to see and do around the hotel.

Loved Lucie at the front desk who was such a lovely person, helping to organize the car rental out to Hue! The reason for the lower rating was being located in front of the ballroom which lasted until 10 pm for most of the time I was there. Had to go out of the hotel during that time.

Nice hotel with clean, spacious and modern rooms and a great pool. Breakfast was decent, with a good rotation of daily options and local staples. The location is fine, but not the best to explore Danang - most nearby restaurants were closed around lunch time, and pretty much all major attractions (except for the dragon bridge and cruises departure point) are not within walking distance and require guests to take a grab/taxi to get to. Our biggest complaint about our stay has to be the staff whom, while always polite, quite agressively tried to get us to book overpriced tours and private transports around the city (the receptionist texted me twice on Whatsapp to ask if we would like to book a tour and lobby attendants asked what our plans were and if we wanted to book something through them or have them make a reservation for us at Madame Lân every single time we arrived at/departed from the hotel, which got tiring very quickly). The waitress at the restaurant also cleared out my table and let someone else sit in my spot the SECOND I got up to grab some fruits during breakfast on my second day. Overall quite pleased with our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Everything was nice about this property but what stands out the most was our host and concierge Mya and Lucie who were very hospitable and warm since before we came to the property. This hotel is a bit of a catfish. It’s obviously old there seems to be a lot of construction. There is no sound perfect can hear all the noise either from the street or any movement by the workers in the surrounding area. It is certainly not a four star hotel.

This was by far the nicest hotel that I stayed at. My room was very modern and clean. I’m shocked that this isn’t a 5 star. The breakfast was also really good and the area for breakfast was very clean and had beautiful views of the city. I also appreciated the concierge who helped me find a restaurant that served the one dish I wanted to try!
