Hotelnya ok banget dari pelayanannya bagus, sarapannya juga enak banget, bersih, semuanya mantap, saya belum pernah nginep di hotel sebagus ini 💯💯 juga yang menata dan mensupport saya untuk mendekorasi kamar ulang tahun pacar saya dengan sangat teliti dan rapi dan saya juga berterima kasih kepada Ibu "Tra My" yang sudah merawat saya dengan sangat baik dan sepenuh hati, semua yang saya butuhkan selalu tersedia dan stafnya sangat ramah 🥰 Walaupun lokasinya tidak dekat dengan laut, tapi apa yang didapatkan sepadan dengan uang yang dikeluarkan 🥹💯 Lain kali kalau ada kesempatan balik lagi, saya pasti akan pesan hotel ini lagi karena menurut saya ini akan menjadi pilihan terbaik kalau ke Da Nang 😚

Kamar bersih dan cukup luas, pemandangan di malam hari sangat berkesan. Handuk, seprai tiap hari diganti. Menu sarapan pagi tiap hari berganti, sehingga tidak membosankan. Staff sangat ramah, madam Rose dan Lucie sigap membantu ketika ada sesuatu yang dibutuhkan. Sangat direkomendasikan. Next time pasti akan kembali lagi menginap di sini. Btw, ruang makan di lantai 7, beralasan kaca, cukup menarik menguji keberanian. Rekomendasi.

Ini hotel yang sangat bagus, hotel terbaru dengan fasilitas mewah. Mereka adalah 4 bintang tetapi merasa layanan mereka seperti bintang 5 pasti karena sikap staf hotel sangat profesional. Saya menghabiskan 2 malam dengan mereka di perjalanan bisnis saya di Da Nang; mereka semua sangat formal melakukan layanan mereka. Mereka selalu mengatakan "halo" kepada Anda dan membantu. Hanya 3 kata untuk diceritakan tentang mereka: ramah, membantu dan nilai-nilai. Dianjurkan untuk tinggal di sini dengan alasan apa pun bahwa kalian datang ke Da Nang.

Average stay. Hospitality needs to improve on The hotel is located by the river, but it’s quite a distance from Dragon Bridge and the view isn’t great. Transportation around the hotel is also inconvenient. The interior feels a bit old-fashioned, with no USB charging ports, and the shower water pressure was just average. On the positive side, breakfast was tasty with good variety. Gypsy rooftop is great, and the staff there are excellent. We stayed here for three nights, then one night in Hoi An, and return on the fifth night. We requested to leave two luggage bags at the hotel during our one night away, but the front desk couldn’t give us an answer right away — they said they needed to check with management. To avoid the hassle, we ended up taking both bags to Hoi An. Hospitality is key for any hotel, and this is something the staff really need to improve on.

We had the best experience, the hotel was clean, the staff were all very friendly. We arrived early before our check in time, so they recommended a beautiful Michelin Star restaurant around the block. Then we had foot massages right next door to the hotel, with enough time to check in promptly at 2pm. The hotel also offers car services with prices comparable to Grab. We had a very nice experience!

My stay was this property was absolutely perfect! The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, the room was beautiful and the restaurant was delicious. It is in the heart of the city center so you definitely feel like you are in the mix. A special shout out to our concierge Lucie for being so helpful and so sweet! Also our driver Vu was the best!

There were many high quality features to this hotel, the room was very spacious with nice fittings and furniture. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet that had interesting and tasty items to choose from. The staff were also excellent, and I had especially good service from Lucie who had great English and provided a lot of helpful information about things to see and do around the hotel.

Loved Lucie at the front desk who was such a lovely person, helping to organize the car rental out to Hue! The reason for the lower rating was being located in front of the ballroom which lasted until 10 pm for most of the time I was there. Had to go out of the hotel during that time.

Nice hotel with clean, spacious and modern rooms and a great pool. Breakfast was decent, with a good rotation of daily options and local staples. The location is fine, but not the best to explore Danang - most nearby restaurants were closed around lunch time, and pretty much all major attractions (except for the dragon bridge and cruises departure point) are not within walking distance and require guests to take a grab/taxi to get to. Our biggest complaint about our stay has to be the staff whom, while always polite, quite agressively tried to get us to book overpriced tours and private transports around the city (the receptionist texted me twice on Whatsapp to ask if we would like to book a tour and lobby attendants asked what our plans were and if we wanted to book something through them or have them make a reservation for us at Madame Lân every single time we arrived at/departed from the hotel, which got tiring very quickly). The waitress at the restaurant also cleared out my table and let someone else sit in my spot the SECOND I got up to grab some fruits during breakfast on my second day. Overall quite pleased with our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Everything was nice about this property but what stands out the most was our host and concierge Mya and Lucie who were very hospitable and warm since before we came to the property. From airport pick up until our last day, they took good care of us like family. I couldn’t give more praise for their service.

My stay was this property was absolutely perfect! The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, the room was beautiful and the restaurant was delicious. It is in the heart of the city center so you definitely feel like you are in the mix. A special shout out to our concierge Lucie for being so helpful and so sweet! Also our driver Vu was the best!

There were many high quality features to this hotel, the room was very spacious with nice fittings and furniture. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet that had interesting and tasty items to choose from. The staff were also excellent, and I had especially good service from Lucie who had great English and provided a lot of helpful information about things to see and do around the hotel.

Loved Lucie at the front desk who was such a lovely person, helping to organize the car rental out to Hue! The reason for the lower rating was being located in front of the ballroom which lasted until 10 pm for most of the time I was there. Had to go out of the hotel during that time.

Nice hotel with clean, spacious and modern rooms and a great pool. Breakfast was decent, with a good rotation of daily options and local staples. The location is fine, but not the best to explore Danang - most nearby restaurants were closed around lunch time, and pretty much all major attractions (except for the dragon bridge and cruises departure point) are not within walking distance and require guests to take a grab/taxi to get to. Our biggest complaint about our stay has to be the staff whom, while always polite, quite agressively tried to get us to book overpriced tours and private transports around the city (the receptionist texted me twice on Whatsapp to ask if we would like to book a tour and lobby attendants asked what our plans were and if we wanted to book something through them or have them make a reservation for us at Madame Lân every single time we arrived at/departed from the hotel, which got tiring very quickly). The waitress at the restaurant also cleared out my table and let someone else sit in my spot the SECOND I got up to grab some fruits during breakfast on my second day. Overall quite pleased with our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Everything was nice about this property but what stands out the most was our host and concierge Mya and Lucie who were very hospitable and warm since before we came to the property. From airport pick up until our last day, they took good care of us like family. I couldn’t give more praise for their service.
