Everything is okay, but the bath towels have a bad smell. Always ask to change them. The staff are very nice and helpful. I will come again.

The staff is very friendly, it's close to everything, and it's in the city center. If I ever go to Jakarta, I'll definitely stay at Ana Hotel again 👍🙏

The hotel’s location was perfect and very convenient for getting around. However, the cleanliness was disappointing, and the towels had an unpleasant smell. Housekeeping and cleanliness need improvement.

Highly recommended! This hotel is truly the best choice, close to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia, and Plaza Indonesia. It's strategically located and has good accessibility. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The towels aren't made of the best quality, and they do have a slight odor, but overall, everything is good. I'd definitely stay here again if I go back to Jakarta.
