The loby was quite small, its hard to turn over your car but they have a very helpful staff. The location so close to grand indonesia and plaza indonesia. A lot of good makassar restaurant food around. The room is clean, the water is hot. Would stay here more often

The facility unmaintenance at all, for the price and stars really not worthed! I had good experience before around 2019 (before covid) but for now it ' s really dissappointing. Dust everywhere, moldy mirror and stains on the bed sheet, kind of dirty bathroom, AC that makes the sound of running water every time it ' s turned on. And one more thing is pencil scribbles on the wall? Really weird like never been clean up, so it ' s more like a warehouse than a hotel room! I spent more than 30 minutes to cleaning everything.

The rooms are clean, the water faucets are shiny, proof of being cared for at all times, it's just a shame that the elevator only has 1 so it's a bit slow.
