The cleanliness is lacking. I booked this for a colleague who's on a project there. The room was infested with cockroaches, and my eyes were swollen from being bitten. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness.

A comfortable hotel with excellent service. The rooms are tidy, the beds comfortable, and the atmosphere peaceful. Breakfast is also quite tasty with a variety of menu options. The hotel's location is quite close to the city center, making it easy to get around.

Comfortable... but the food isn't very varied. There's too little choice, especially for sahur (pre-dawn meal), where food is very limited.

Friendly staff... clean and comfortable, there is hot water again. That's why I came back to stay here after staying at another hotel... Even though this hotel is old, the food is delicious but lacks variety and the stock is too little for sahur... So if we want to take it late it runs out... There was no additional yesterday... Sorry... Please pay attention to eating sahur... Because people are fasting so don't eat the same as breakfast......

The hotel is comfortable. Every time I go to Dumai, I always book a room at this hotel... But I don't like the noise from the third floor, it's quite noisy.

The point is, it's comfortable and quiet, I like to stay here when I go to Dumai...

For around 360,000 Rupiah, the room was quite large and clean, but the mattress and pillowcases were dirty. The toilet was also dirty. I was a bit surprised that the room was in good condition, but the bathroom was dirty (see photo). Needs renovation. Just stayed overnight on my way to Malacca. I wouldn't stay again if the toilet was in the same condition. Needs renovation. The Wi-Fi was intermittent, and even the cell phone signal was intermittent in the room. The food was delicious and there was quite a lot of choice.

Staff were very nice and kind and the breakfast available was a good buffet with plenty options. But there is a swiftlet farm to the side of the hotel which plays recorded bird song loudly all night long. The aircon worked fine but the room and bathroom were unclean including mould, bad smells, stale cigarette odour and cigarette burns, hairs and stains on bedding.

I booked 3 rooms with my family, the worst check-in experience, I had to wait 3 hours in the lobby and I brought a 10 month old baby... the feeling of anger and tiredness that cannot be expressed, I asked to be given 1 room first but the staff said the room was not ready yet,,, I was forced to wait

The room is comfortable, big, spacious and complete....but the room is not soundproof...you can still hear the sounds of people from outside upstairs and downstairs
