The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is strategically located on the roadside. The room is very clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and there is a refrigerator that can make ice cubes. Coffee, tea, sugar, and other amenities are also complete. However, the TV is not big enough and there are not many options. Because I already have a cellphone, the TV is only for sound. The bathroom is also clean and well-equipped. For breakfast, perhaps it could be a bit of a complaint because it is a bit lacking in variety, and the taste is just so-so. The menu and taste of breakfast could be improved. However, the view during breakfast was really nice because the breakfast is located on the 7th floor.

For a 3-star hotel, it's okay. Good, friendly service, and a standard breakfast. It's a shame the hotel is large but poorly maintained. There's no restaurant, only open for breakfast. 🥹

The atmosphere and facilities are pleasant, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is varied, and the rooftop view is beautiful. My request for a connecting room was granted. If I return to Lembang, I will definitely stay here.

The cleaning staff came in to clean the room when the guest wasn't there, even though there was a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. They should have asked the customer for permission before entering to clean, as belongings like wallets were left in the room.
