First time staying here, I booked Koonya 1 type, I was happy with the nice view. There were flies but not that many & when I reported to the staff, they gave me a mosquito repellent. But I don't like the bathroom because it's too damp, maybe because the floor is made of stone and rough, for those who bring children, be careful, and because it's damp, it might smell a bit, maybe you could add some fragrance. Then when I stayed, the water heater wasn't working in the bathroom so the hot water couldn't be used, huhu I reported it to the staff and they fixed it but only for a short time so in the morning I had to shower with cold water.

God willing, I'd love to stay here again someday. Amen

It's really cool. I recommend the rooms, food, and facilities. It's great! The only problem is that the road access is a bit rough and not very smooth.

Nice and comfortable, only the road to the villa is not comfortable.

I really liked the room concept with the jacuzzi! The only downside was that the bathroom smelled of vinegar and was a little creepy because it was damp.

Super impressive and cozy, love their cleanliness and overall aesthetic.

Very suitable for a staycation, especially a honeymoon.

The signs to the location need to be clarified especially at night, the warm water in the private pool is very good, the rooms are clean, room service is not 24 hours for some selected items.

Stayed in Saga 3, definitely a good choice if you’re looking for a staycation and an escape from the hustling & bustling of city life :) If you’re looking to play tourist in Bandung, not really sure this is the place to stay as it’s quite far from the city and difficult to find transportation as it’s tucked away on the hills inside a forest (so staycation amazing, playing tourist not so much). Saga 3 was located right beside a local’s house, and what was unfortunate was that the neighbor beside keep burning trash, and so it would reek/smell like burnt trash for all my stay on the weekends :( Sad as we couldn’t really enjoy our Jacuzzi as much as it’s located outdoors, literally next to the neighbor house who was burning trash. Service and staff friendliness was amazing though. Cleanliness can be paid attention to more, as there were still leftover of the previous guests’ trash when I checked in to my room. Breakfast food was mediocre at best, but I was also not expecting a full on 5-star breakfast options at a hotel tucked away within the forest, so all’s good. Overall 3.5/5. Would book again just not Saga 3

I booked Madera 1 but it turned out that the privacy was very lacking, the swimming pool was visible from Madera 2 and 3, even guests from Madera 2 or 3 could suddenly enter and sit in the Madera 1 swimming pool area. Plus, there was construction going on next door (lots of workers) which made it uncomfortable to swim. So I don't think it's worth it with a fairly expensive price but the condition is like that.

everything is okay but there is only one thing that is quite annoying, the sound of footsteps from the guests in the room 2 is really audible & they are noisy running around until the middle of the night huhu so it's hard to sleep

10/10 for service, always excellent, friendly staff, always ready always fast service, it was my 2nd time staying at Madera 2, but this time it was low season so breakfast was in-room, and the conditions were only allowed 1 menu/person, and 1 plate of fruit/room, while the first time I stayed I got a breakfast buffet with so manyyy variety, so I think that's not fair, maybe the in-room menu shouldn't be 1 menu/person, be more generous, maybe the fruit can be 1 plate/person, the menu can be sweet &+ savory/person. and the main concern is that there is a new villa being built which is next to Madera (during check-in hours it is still ongoing) so it's quite disturbing, and there is a leaking roof in the corner (rainy season) so maybe there is a lack of maintenance because management is focusing on building new buildings

The location is really hidden, the journey is quite extreme, up and down, but the track is already cast, all in good condition. The hotel atmosphere is very cool, very suitable for honeymoon. Basically, I want to go there again...

the location is good with a wonderful view, but i suggest to come here before night because the road is narrow and difficult in the night.

THE RESTAURANT FOOD IS ALL DELICIOUS!

Wow, the road is really far and extreme. Don't expect there to be an Alfamart or Indomaret, there aren't even any stalls in this remote part of Bandung.

The hotel staff is friendly and the service is excellent.
