10/10 for service, always excellent, friendly staff, always ready always fast service, it was my 2nd time staying at Madera 2, but this time it was low season so breakfast was in-room, and the conditions were only allowed 1 menu/person, and 1 plate of fruit/room, while the first time I stayed I got a breakfast buffet with so manyyy variety, so I think that's not fair, maybe the in-room menu shouldn't be 1 menu/person, be more generous, maybe the fruit can be 1 plate/person, the menu can be sweet &+ savory/person. and the main concern is that there is a new villa being built which is next to Madera (during check-in hours it is still ongoing) so it's quite disturbing, and there is a leaking roof in the corner (rainy season) so maybe there is a lack of maintenance because management is focusing on building new buildings

The location is really hidden, the journey is quite extreme, up and down, but the track is already cast, all in good condition. The hotel atmosphere is very cool, very suitable for honeymoon. Basically, I want to go there again...

Wow, the road is really far and extreme. Don't expect there to be an Alfamart or Indomaret, there aren't even any stalls in this remote part of Bandung.

Try ordering Warung Jae's rib fried rice and it turns out to be delicious, not stingy with ribs and other toppings. The breakfast choices are also varied, the scrambled egg is top notch, I even had more. 4. The staff at the front desk and security are very helpful in serving and fast response. 5. Make sure your vehicle is in prime condition because the route to and from Jae is quite steep and long.

The room is clean. The view is great. The water at the bathroom is great, the heat really works. But the towel is not absorb really well, maybe you should change it. Overall, the service is good. Surely will come back someday, In Shaa Allah. Thanks JAE.

Good place for a staycation, but not so much privacy in pond 1, because it can be seen from pond 2. The entrance is quite far from the main road.
